This stylish 4bedroom 2 bathroom house, perfect for families or a group of friends. Backyard perfect for entertainment featuring a grill, bar an outdoor spa. Free onsite parking for up to 4 cars. Free WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer included in the unit.
Available housecleaning during stay upon request at $100 additionally.
The main house is a 3/1 and the 4th bedroom and 2nd bathroom has a separate entrance on the left side of the house.
House has 6 exterior security cameras. 2 in the front, 2 in the back and 1 on each side. Cameras actively recording. NO Cameras to the inside of the House.

Very pretty house and fantastic stay!

Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house itself is gorgeous, it’s newly renovated, and it has a fantastic back yard. The backyard was a huge hit for my soon to be six year old. The neighborhood at first glance was a little out of my comfort zone, but I quickly learned that it was normal for the area. The host was extremely friendly, and although we did run into some mishap at check in, she was very apologetic and made it right. The only thing I would possibly recommend is the host to supply some pots for the kitchen. There’s pans, but no pots, but that is definitely not a huge deal. I 100% would recommend this property, and I am already planning next years visit hopefully for this same house.

Not fully equipped.

Overall the house was ok. The problems that we had . 1. The toilet was stopped up ( no plunger located in the home ? I had to go and buy one . 2. The headboard was broken in one of the bedrooms. 3. The curtain rods was broken in a couple of the bedrooms . 4. Not closet space because their are cabinets with chains and locks on them . 5. The power went out on the first day . We had to flip the breaker . 6. No dressers in the bedrooms. 7. No dishwashing liquid to start off with. 8. I had to text the for a mop and broom . 9. The can opener was broken . I had to go and buy one . 10. The coffee pot had not been cleaned . It had green mold built up in the top of the coffee maker . 11. No mixing bowls available at all. 12. No cutting knives . 13. The bottom of the stove was full of shopping bags 14. No dish cloths was available. I do have pics of all of this . Out of all of these problems that was reported the owner offered a full refund . Really I live 10 hours away .

Um…

After booking a month in advance and communicating with the host as to the purpose of my stay, I arrived to Florida the day of check in with hopes to possibly check in 2 hours early. The response was pleasant but disappointing. The property was currently booked throughout the duration of time I was “reserved” to have. The hosts were very apologetic and understanding and quickly refunded my trip but I do wish I had the opportunity to stay there. Oh well!
