The place was super clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the owner was fast and accurate. We look forward to renting again. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay and loved the coffee, tea and snack bar. So nice to wake up and use that before we made it to a store. Easy check in and close to everything. Loved the family games that were available to play as well. The neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again!!

Immaculate Home, Perfect Lovation and Outstanding Host!

Our stay at this property was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The home was spotlessly clean – every surface gleamed, the linens were fresh, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the host. We felt comfortable and at ease, the moment we walked through the door. (See picture for reference)Communication with the host was seamless and prompt. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, offering great recommendation and just enough to ensure we had everything needed without ever being intrusive.The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood, it was just minutes away from attractions restaurants, and local shops. Whether we wanted to explore or just relax, everything we needed was right at our fingertips.We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years, and this one truly stands out. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, beautifully located property with a thoughtful and communicative host look no further! We’d return in a heartbeat!

Our short stay in Miami

Five friends stayed here so we would be fairly close to the Miami Tennis Open.We spent a day touring Miami on the Red Bus then went to the Open the following day. We had a wonderful time.The house fit our needs perfectly.

Pics don't lie

The house itself was lovely. Very clean super cozy. Vincent was great he responded quickly to all messages. The neighborhood initially made me apprehensive but don't let the look fool you it was really quiet. We weren't as close to south beach as I hoped. And the hard rock was not 5 minutes away. But other than that the house was just as it looks in the pictures.
