Up the steps to the loft Master Suite, you'll find a state of the art, adjustable, King size bed fitted with cozy cotton bed linens, a large dresser and mounted Smart TV. The En Suite Bathroom offers a double vanity, corner Jacuzzi tub, shower, a private toilet and a spacious walk-in closet for all of your storage needs.
Down the steps to the Ground Floor of the home, take a left to enter a spacious Entertainment Room with a large sectional sofa and mounted Smart TV, or turn Right to Enter a long hallway where you will find two sizable bedrooms with plush Queen size beds and large closets. Each Bedroom offers walkout access to the covered, ground floor deck and hot tub area. At the end of the hallway, the Ground Floor Bathroom features a standard vanity, toilet and a Bathtub/Shower Combo, where you can choose to start your day with a quick refreshing rinse, or sink in for a long soak after days filled with fun and adventure. The Ground floor of the home has a neat and orderly Laundry Room with a washer and dryer available for guest use, so no need to waste precious vacation time making trips to the laundromat in town.
With multiple decks spaces to choose from, you can choose to spend afternoons basking in the bright Colorado sunshine on the upper deck, enjoy your morning brews on the cozy covered porch adjacent, or sink in for a long soak in the brand new hot tub on the Ground floor covered deck. Enjoy comfortable outdoor furniture, an outdoor propane heater (for those brisk autumn nights) and a propane BBQ Grill for evenings spent grilling under the stars! Valley of the Sun is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe elk, deer and foxes (just to name a few of the critters!) right on the property.
The driveway is plowed in the winter and the roadways are maintained by the county, but 4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED from November through May due to the frequent snow storms in this area.
Park County is an activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "base camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too!), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.
