Escape to this beautifully updated and appointed townhome in Walden on Lake Conroe, with direct access to the calm water cove from your back door. Our waterfront townhome has been remodeled to provide every convenience with luxury comforts. Park your boat right outside, enjoy a swim, paddle or kayak, or relax with friends and family on the back patio or upper deck. Just minutes from the yacht club, marina, racket club and fitness center.

We are here for you during your stay! With that said, we maintain office hours, and are typically not available between 9pm and 7am for things that are not emergencies. We will get back to you as soon as possible if you reach out during those hours.

Walden on Lake Conroe is a deed restricted subdivision. Guests will have access to boat launches, yacht club, community pool, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurants, and golf course (additional fees apply for golf course).

Park two vehicles in the driveway for direct access to the home. Additional parking is available on the street or in the townhome parking areas.

Our back yard is our own lot, however we are not fenced from neighbors. People may walk across the lawn near the water, and you will not have complete privacy when outside.

The bulkhead directly in front of our townhome is ours, and you may park your boat there.

Walden is walking-friendly, and we have plenty of parking in the driveway, and along the street by the house.

On occasion, groups of neighbors will gather on the lawn. This can continue quite late, and they sometimes get a bit loud. Sound machines are provided for our guests in each bedroom.

Before arrival, guests will be asked to complete guest verification through 3rd party provider, Truvi. This ensures we are up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and provides both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact the main guest via email and/or text to complete verification.

Guests are given the choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is required prior to check-in.

Nightly rate is the base rate for the first 8 guests. Additional guests will be charged an additional $25/night per guest.

For Direct and VRBO bookings - any refunds due to cancellation are subject to a 3.9% processing fee.
