Beautiful 2bed/2bath condo at Crescent Arms sleeps up to 6. Located on the 3rd floor of the South Tower, this fully furnished unit offers partial Gulf views, spacious living and dining areas, and a screened lanai accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Enjoy direct access to Crescent Beach, a heated pool, clubhouse, and easy access to the South Crescent Village. Perfect for a relaxing island getaway!

The Location:
- Direct Beach Access on Site.
- 2.3 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- 0.2 Miles to Crescent Village
- 2.3 Miles to Additional Pool Access.
- Less than 200 Feet from Crescent Arms entrance to to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Golf Cart, Motorcycles, Mopeds, RVS, trailers, boats or anything besides a car/ truck are NOT allowed on property grounds.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Our host was extremely helpful. We arrived on a Friday and were able to get into our condo right at 4pm check-in. Beachside Management responded promptly with any questions that I had. The condo could use a slight update, but for the most part, it was everything we had hoped for. Plan on booking again next year, and looking forward to another great trip making more memories!

Wonderful location, but…

Crescent Arms is located on a beautiful beach and is a short drive to many fun activities. The pool is well maintained. The bath towels and linens were decent, as were the pots, pans and dishes, although there was only one wine glass. The condo is very dated and needs some loving and a deep cleaning. The furniture is very worn. The king bed was comfortable, but the full beds were not.

The Good and the Not So Good

Had some guests spend time with us. The guest beds were uncomfortable, needs new beds. The tile floor could have been cleaned better. The dishwasher was broken. The unit has a dated look. The good was that the dishwasher repair was handled quickly. We liked the location right on the beach. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The unit was stocked adequately with enough cookware, utensils and kitchen supply.
