3 night stay at BW

Great location, Nice view, Our unit could have been much more enjoyable if the desk chair was usable, not happy with the torn drapes, and the broken patio chair. Little things like that sometimes mean a lot. Parking was priced about average. amenities were not consistent with listings. Would stay again, but would hope for some minor changes.

Our Florida stay!!

The room was quite dirty. The floor in the entry hallway had dirty footprints. Had to walk around with our shoes on. The curtains were torn at the top. One of the deck chairs was broken. The back of the chair was broken down. The toilet did not flush very well. This was obviously a known issue as there was a plunger sitting beside the toilet. The noise level from the neighbors was very high. The unit space was small. The only positive was the view.

It worked

Place was clean. A/C worked wonderful. Not the fault of the owner, but the hotel elevators are ridiculously slow. I would never stay there again due to that fact only. If you don't mind the over ten minutes waiting to get on an elevator then you will be fine.

Not the greatest

This property and location was nice however the check in process was terrible. No welcoming email to explain how to check in and where. Valet was not helpful in explaining car retrieval and drop off process. Room was not very clean, neighbors were loud and fighting at 2am, chair on patio was broken. It really could be a great rental space, but they need to invest more time into setting it up properly and taking care of the unit.

Quite a hectic place

While the issues associated with the management of the building are separate from Vrbo, there were still some issues with the unit. Upon checkin, the host did not coordinate my reservation with the staff at Beachwalk so there was a bit of a delay. Once my reservation was sent off to the resort, the checkin was further delayed since the room was still being cleaned. Finally after waiting an additional 30 min, the room was ready; however it was still quite dirty. While the view and location were great, some minor improvements like new linens, a fresh coat of paint, and a thorough cleaning of surfaces could be done.
