OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Shared outdoor patio has a beach view equipped with chairs.
- Located across Surf Rd. from Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk.

LIVING AREA:
- Dining room seats up to 2

KITCHEN:
- Nicely equipped kitchen has a gas stove and oven, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.
- Dishes, flatware and glassware provided for eating in.

STUDIO:
- Footloose #2 sleeps 2 guests in a comfortable bed.
- Pac and Play provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request.

BATHROOMS: (1)
- Shower
- Starter set of toiletries (tp soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Coin operated laundry room.
- Front community balcony with chairs.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to
ensure your safety.
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: Smart TV with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: Bins are located at the Southwest corner of the building.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking must be paid for exclusively through the City of Hollywood Parking Portal. A link will be included in your check in instructions.

Blackout blinds would be very helpful for the windows and door. The outside lights were very bright all night!

Needs blackouts The lights don’t let you sleep at night.The floor into the bathroom is sinking.I had to go out and purchase blackout myself so that we could sleep at night and we left early because of the lack of comfort.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to unwind after our cruise. The location was excellent, only steps from the boardwalk which offered a wide selection of places to dine and shop. I highly recommend "Nick's", they had a great selection of food and drinks. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had and allowed us an early check in. Would recommend!

THE best vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best stay here! Everything was well thought out, including beach towels, kitchen utensils. We loved the location and it was just a quaint but updated place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Loved the proximity of the room , to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance . If we hadn’t rented a car we could of definitely walked to everything we needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is amazing. Direct access to the beach and boardwalk. Cozy space - big enough for 2 adults. This property does not come with parking - if you need parking - it is expensive. (On the street / local garages - approximately $4 per hour. That adds up if you are staying for several days.). The AC is a window unit - sufficient enough to cool the entire property. It also provides the benefit of 'white noise' - we never heard any loud music from the boardwalk.

The place is super cute for a couple to stay at. It’s really good location for the broadwalk amenities and the beach, with several food locations nearby. Our only single downfall is parking is insane . 3/hr weekdays and 4/hr on weekends, or the option of 110 guest permit, even at that the parking authority made us move our vehicle after 23hours parked to “a different location” but this is nothing on the homeowner but to be aware if driving there is no parking there. There was also two small little beach chairs provided that were helpful to us as we flew in. One thing I do wish the little condo included was ICE, or trays, we did purchase some and left them there as well!

Cute place - terrible parking

I reached out weeks ago asking about parking so I could prepare and I didn’t get hardly any information until just a day before check in.Parking was a nightmare the night we checked in. Hauling luggage a half mile from the place wasn’t my idea of a vacation. Other than that, everything was great. We loved the atmosphere and the place was cute. When we come back, we will find somewhere else that will accommodate a little better or at least give us the parking information in advance.

2 steps from the beach.

Steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. Fantastic location. Room was full efficiency, immaculate, wonderful bathroom and shower. It was a great 5 day getaway. An absolute must.

Lovely place in an ideal location

Quick weekend outing with my wife, the location couldnt have been better. We could walk to everything we needed and had such a wonderful time!

Amazing stay

Everything was wonderful! The location was close to the beach and entertainment for each evening. The sink attachment was a little loose and the shower curtain would fall a few times but those definitely don’t make or break the stay!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed the property. It was well maintained and very clean.We were not aware we would be required to pay for parking until we received the check-in instructions.The property management company were poor communicators.

Great location

Great location! Perfect for a couple to stay for a few nights. Steps to the beach. AC was loud, but drowned out the sound of the Broadwalk. Would stay again.

A fantastic get away for a couple

We arrived during the evening and we were glad there was lighting on site. We recommended to had curtains because it’s very bright during the night in the studio. The full kitchen was perfect and the location is perfect. It’s quiet at night and the host responded very quickly. We are already planning our next stay.

Amazing location

The property is right by the water, which was amazing. There were for sure some major upgrades done on this property, which make it feel very comfortable. The place was nearly perfectly clean upon arrival. I would for sure consider staying here again, solo or with one other person.
