Fantastic location. The place could definitely use a deep cleaning as the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and stained. The mattress in the king bed was also very hard and firm which was slightly uncomfortable but the views and the location made up for the two points that need attention.

We went there for a fall trip to see the colors. The Mountain View was amazing from the windows. The location cannot be beat. Very walkable to Vail Village. Easy parking.

Perfect Ski Vacation

Although you cannot take credit for the weather, it was picture perfect. Blue skies, warm temps and a 70" plus base. The unit was everything as advertised. I was concerned that it may be too small but proved to be perfect for our party of three adults. It was updated, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for access to both Vail Village and Lionshead. The buss ran every five minutes and was right out the front door. You were responsive to all of our needs and requests. A perfect host. Thank you for making this a memorable trip.

Perfect location!

This is first trip to Vail with young grandchild. This condo was picked for the location. Mid Vail and the bustop out the front door. We could walk within a few minutes of this unit to Lionshead or to Old Vail or hop on bus.Condo was clean and the management company was excellent in communication and made sure all request were made. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a General grocery store 2 stops away if you decided not to rent a car. We did have a car and parked right in front of the condo. We only used it once after arriving from Denver airport to go to the local Safeway. Will stay here again on next trip.

This is the second time we have stayed in this location. Easy access to town bus to get you to the slopes within 3 minutes and easy walk to Village or Lionshead without ski boots. Owner/manager was super communicative. Would definitely stay here again

Couldn’t have asked for better…

We’ve been coming to Vail our entire lives and are picky when it comes to where we want to be for proximity to the mountain! This condo is in a fabulous location and the place was just perfect! It was clean & so comfortable - and the managers were so responsive when we had any questions. We were very impressed with the thought that went in to what people need for their stay. Parking was great and we were able to walk to everything! We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you SO much!

Relaxing off-season visit

Condo was nice, comfortable, really liked the windows that open up like doors and its location really can’t be beat—-it’s literally 1/2 block from Vail village, an easy 5-7 minute leisurely walk to Lionshead, and a nice “hub” for planning and taking different little day trips! Property manager was responsive and friendly—-even guided us when our gps brought us to a parking lot on the back of the property (had a sign up front, lol!). Since we went “between seasons”, it was very peaceful and having an assigned parking spot was nice (we were one of 3-4 cars the whole weekend)—-and I imagine a definite godsend during peak seasons. As for amenities, it’s a small condo complex (maybe 18 units total?)—-so there’s no pool, gym, gift shop or anything like that…but I doubt you’d miss that when you come to a mountain/ski resort area. One thing to mention is that, if you want to stay in a secluded alpine forest location, with hourly deer sightings and little forest creatures walking up to you as you sit on an outdoor swing sipping coffee….this isn’t it. But if you want a great, clean, centrally-located place with two bedrooms, two full baths, a full laundry room, nice sized dinner table, and vip parking——all within a 2-minute walk of great dining and shopping and skiing, then you’ll be glad you booked this Vail gem! My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful & Comfortable Stay!

My husband and I could not have had a more perfect stay in Vail. We were so glad we chose this apartment. It exceeded expectations. The place was very clean. The plumbing in the showers/baths is a bit dated yet there was not a bit of mold or mildew. Very clean. The bed was comfy. There were extra blankets in the closets we utilized. The location truly can't be beat. The view of the mountainside from the living room, with the leaves changing to yellow before our eyes was magical. Situated the shortest walk from the start of Vail Village, and about 7 minute walk to a grocer in Lionshead Village the opposite direction, this location truly can't be beat. I'm 6 months pregnant and it was the perfect distance to get back for afternoon naps after lots of wandering about town, and easy hikes. The fireplace was really nice, but the smoke didn't all go out the open flue as it should have. Perhaps the chimney needs servicing. It wasn't a terrible amount of smoke inside but it did linger. Just something to be aware of. The management was very communicative and easy to reach via text. They were a pleasure to book with and I'll be checking iTrips for our next destination. The kitchen is well stocked and dishes cared for and clean. The only thing missing from kitchen utensils was a whisk.

Family Vacation

Wonderful family vacation. Very nice newly remodeled unit in the perfect location in Vail Village near shops and restaurants. Just a 5min walk from Lionshead Village too. Will definitely come back!

Family vacation

We stayed there for five nights and we all had a great time. The location was perfect with an awesome view and walkable distance to Vail and Lionshead village. The unti had everything anyone would need for their stay! We would love to come back again.
