The location is fantastic, just 4 minutes away from the subway, and from there, 2 stations and you are at the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan. Amazing. The apartment is super beautiful and very well equipped, bathrooms and kitchen are upscale and very new, really great. I would use this place for every visit to NYC in the future, and I already recommended it to family and some friends. The neighborhood is super safe, full of families, mothers with small children walking on the streets, we felt totally safe with our 3 teenage daughters walking around day or evening. The host is very nice too. We had a great experience.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Great location. Easy to get to the PATH train. Best bagel joint around the corner. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Stocked up on essentials like towels, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. We will stay here again if we make another NYC trip. Helpful owners with quick responses to any questions. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay!!!

Absolutely fantastic VRBO! I highly recommend staying here and would stay again. The hosts were very responsive, home is as advertised, and the location was perfect. The proximity to the Path made it super easy to get into Manhattan and you are also a short drive away from Liberty State Park. The hosts masterfully renovated this home and the attention to detail is stunning. Book this place!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in famiglia con amici in questo fantastico appartamento. Tutto perfetto, comunicazione con l'host, pulizia, location, dotazioni.. non potevamo scegliere struttura migliore per questa vacanza. Overall, this place is exactly what we were looking for! We were staying for a concert at Metlife and also to explore NYC for a few days. The location has easy access to PATH with a short walk, and was a great respite away from the city. The apartment itself was beautiful, super clean, and cozy. My only complaint is the barking dogs right outside the master bedroom window early in the mornings. I knew this was in a neighorhood and expected some noise, but I wasn't expecting to be woken up at 6am everyday on my vacation by incessant barking. Other than that, this place was perfect!

Wunderschöner Ausgangspunkt, um New York zu erforschen. Tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Gegenüber eines Parks mit zusätzlicher privater Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Wir haben zu fünft übernachtet. Günstiger ist die Übernachtung für vier Personen, da sonst das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich ausgezogen werden muss. Für uns war das aber in Ordnung. New Jersey selbst ist sehr schön. Jugendliche kann man alleine mit gutem Gefühl in die Stadt gehen lassen. In 20 Minuten ist man in Manhattan, Kosten Punkt 3 pro Person.

Excellent accommodation

It was a perfect place for us. My wife and I flew in after a five-week holiday in South America, and met our son and his wife here, who flew down from Toronto. The two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms offered "togetherness" and comfort, but also privacy. The location is unbeatable, only a short walk away from the PATH train to Manhattan and its attractions. There is an endless selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and so are pharmacies and grocery stores. The area felt completely safe at all times of the day.Inside, perfectly equipped. Fluffy towels, loads of pots and pans, good aircon, hot shower ... everything one can expect, and more. The terrace was a great place to have a conversation and a drink before and after dinner.In short, it was as good as any holiday rental could be!

Outstanding property and experience. Beautiful, comfortable and enchanting. Very comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Many lovely places to eat in walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Statue of Liberty via Liberty State Park in NJ. Enjoyed family time playing the board game Sorry that was available at the property. Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous stay

This is an amazing property that is well located away from the hustle and noise of NYC but it’s just a short train ride away. It is a beautiful, historic apartment that we loved.

Brownstone Perfection

We stayed here for a month, and we loved every single minute of it. Beautiful, very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Three block walk to subway system. Safe, friendly neighborhood with trees, good restaurants, and everything we needed. Owners were helpful, lovely people. This was a perfect home base to fulfill my NYC bucket list. Highly recommend!

Excellence and comfort in Jersey City

My family and I were thrilled with our apartment and all its features. Our hostess was very accommodating and assisted us with all our questions as they arose. The ease of the trains across to Manhattan was brilliant. The local shops were fantastic and food fresh and delicious . We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect holiday long weekend in NYC

Beautiful apartment with room to spread out a bit. Quick and easy walk to the Grove St PATH station to get into and out of the city. We enjoyed returning to Jersey City for a more relaxing dinner a couple of nights during our stay.

This was possible my best rental experience I have ever had. Great neighborhood - property was beyond our expectations - and the owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very easy to get to the city (30 minutes) and the subway was only 4 blocks away.

Wonderful homey place

Beautiful home with all needed amenities. Perfect for a family gathering or girl’s trip. Easy to get to great restaurants and bars. Takes a minute to get into NYC but not difficult.
