Enjoy a peaceful stay in our centrally located Guest House. The studio, 1-bed 1-bath home is referred to as a home away from home by many guests. The space has one queen bed, kitchenette with microwave and under-the-counter refrigerator/freezer, and a fabulous walk-in shower. Private entrance at the driveway where parking is available for one vehicle. You may enjoy the backyard and visit with the dogs if you’d like. We are in a very walkable area of the city that is convenient to parks, museums and the zoo. We are just minutes away from the airport, downtown's River Walk, the historic Pearl, University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), Trinity University, and many restaurants and shops.

You can use the Wifi to work remotely or stay in and relax by watching YouTube TV.

Provided in bathroom: Hair dryer, Towels, Hand soap, Toilet paper. Provided in bedroom: Bed sheets/linens, extra pillows & blankets, iron & ironing board. Kitchen & Dining area includes: Small Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Dishes & silverware, Keurig coffee maker, Paper towels, Dishsoap, Dining table, TV tray.

Beautiful stay

This sweet home is in a beautiful neighborhood, lots of trees, close to restaurants, grocery, shopping, but feels like you are away from the business of the city. It was a perfect place for our 4 night stay and we will be back!

Comfy suite in fantastic location

Tricia’s guest cottage is roomy with a comfortable bed, a kitchen corner with mini frig & microwave; kuerig coffee maker, basic dishware & sink. The large bath with walk in shower was nice. A great hostess, suite & location.

Absolutely Perfect

My Husband and I came to San Antonio for the Luke Combs concert. We normally stick with the Hotel route but decided to choose something more quiet and private. I came across this Guesthouse and have zero regrets! It was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, it was so clean and tidy, AC worked like a charm (Husbands #1 priority). Any questions or concerns that we had, she was quick to respond. We will definitely be staying again!! ❤

Perfect location, wonderful host

My husband needed a place to stay in Alamo Heights, and Tricia’s cottage was perfect. Very clean, very nice and accommodating hostess and near our son’s home. He is actually returning to stay there hopefully this week.
