Check-in for Shearwater is located at Club Wyndham Ka Eo Kai resort at guest services. Guest services hours are from 7am - 10pm; if you are arriving after that time you will need to contact the resort beforehand to make other check-in arrangements. If you do not contact guest services prior to your late check-in you will not be able to access your unit.
