Gas South Arena Area

We had a conference at Gas South Arena and this place was an excellent choice to stay at. The accommodations was great.

Great stay

It was a very great stay, Mark was very responsive and quick. Everything was as described. I will say the only down note is the lack of cleaning products and one roll of toilet paper for the whole house.

Beautiful house, nice neighborhood. Only one thing, there were no instructions as to what to do at checking out (do we take out trash? Sheets / towels leave on top of washer or leave on room floor? etc .. other places, I’ve been to before have a list of things to do at check out) Other than that, great place and fast communication with owner, I messaged twice and he replied within minutes. Would stay here again in future

Place was nice but not supplied well

Place sleeps 7 but kitchen was not stocked for 7 people. only 4 plates a few bowls and a few cups. Not enough cooking pans - one small frying pan and one pot. Place was not stocked at all with paper products (toilet paper/paper towels/cleaning products etc.). There were no sheets/pillows/blanket for the sofa bed that was not a sofa bed just a sofa. Comfortable and big enough for one person - but again - no bedding for he sofa.

Receptive Host

Picked this new listing because it was in the area we wanted. Arrived at the property close to 10PM tired after a day of travel and visiting in downtown Atlanta. Immediately discovered a safety issue and contacted Mark, the host, who arrived within 5 minutes. Clearly something unexpected and Mark took immediate corrective action. Because it was so late we stayed in a nearby hotel for the night. Mark kept us informed of progress and we returned in the morning to find the problem was fixed. Mark informed us that he had already refunded the first night's payment and asked what else he could do. The home is as advertised. We noticed in the pictures there was no coffee pot so we brought our own. Unfortunately there were no coffee cups and there were not enough plates for the size of our party. This property also does not have TV in bedrooms. There wasn't a check out list for guests with such things as what to do with trash, soiled towels, etc. We chalk some things up to the fact that it is a new listing. Even some of the most high end places can miss some of the details. We're overall satisfied with the home and neighborhood. Grocery and shopping are very close and it's easy to get to downtown. Didn't get off to a great start but Mark was quick to respond, didn't make excuses, listened, and took action. We would stay in this property again.
