Dewey Beach House

As a family we rent a beach house every year this was by far our favorite with set up and location to the beach with a great pool. Dewey Beach and Rehoboth is one of our all time favorite locations. This house was ideal for our family with setup and gave each family space to be by themselves when need be. We had a great time

Our family really enjoyed the house and especially having the swimming pool on the property. Having the elevator was a plus. The house was well equipped. We mainly cooked in so use of the appliances worked out well.

Very lovely vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is perfectly set up for a large family with lots of places to still find some quiet time. The pool is wonderful with full steps to enter and exit for older vacationers. There are several places to eat outside and the screened in porch was our favorite 6 nights out of 7! One night was a very bad rain storm! It is decorated and designed beautifully and we didn't want to leave Sunday morning! Sunday rentals are great because the traffic home is much less!

Negativity by the owner.

This was a beautiful vacation house, close to the beach, but our vacation there was tarnished by the negative and somewhat inappropriate behavior by the owner. She kept our security deposit for more than a month after several email exchanges about an small stain off the poolside area on a cloth couch. She kept $180.00 for cushion replacement. We have never left a house with any issues. My year old grandson broke a small figurine in a house a few years ago, and when I offered to replace it, the owner's reply was. "No! We expect that with a rental property. Normal wear and tear. Accidents will happen! " This owner should enjoy the house for her family only, and not ruin a vacation for others with her demands for perfection. Definitely replace that couch with another resistant to stains! I have never written a negative review, but adults only and take your housekeeper with you for this house!

Fabulous for families!

We were among the first to stay at this brand new property and it was everything we wanted for our family vacation. The house is beautifully appointed with everything a family of 16 people from 8 weeks to 84 year old would need, including a very handy elevator. It's perfectly located right by the beach and the bonus is having a pool at the property. The owner was very responsive to my questions and left excellent instructions for the house. We had a wonderful week there and would go back!

Fabulous Home, Great Location/Views, All Amenities

WOW...this beach home is absolutley amazing in every way! Every detail is perfect and it is so spacious! The owners did a wonderful job in making it a wonderful place to stay! My family had a blast and couldn't stop saying how they loved it! The kids and adults enjoyed the pool everyday coming back from the beach. And it was a bonus being right on the beach block. The rooftop was great with all the seating and there was a cornhole game to play...which was awesome! We were pretty lucky on the 4th of July to have the best view of the fireworks from the rooftop and all the decks this home had. We would love to rent this home again and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner! The communication was always there and when I had a question, she quickly responded every time! I can't say enough about the whole experience...it was the BEST family vacation we've had!!
