Relax and unwind on a private non motorized lake. Easy access to the water right outside your door. Fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Minutes to Big St. Germain Lake or Minocqua's chain access for all the recreational fun. A couples retreat or a small family getaway, The Eagle's Nest has it all.
Bring your bikes, ATV, or snowmobiles to explore. Trail access at the end of the road.
Explore all that Saint Germain has to offer in the area from supper clubs, boutiques, kids adventure parks, and more. Bring your clubs and take the short 5 minute drive to St Germain Golf course.
Enjoy the deck overlooking the lake and watch the loons fly in and the stars come out, or take in a beach front fire of your own.

Sweet vintage cabin on a quiet lake was just what we needed! Host was very responsive and helpful and the cabin had everything you'll need. We did some hiking with the dogs, fishing, grilling, and campfires. Lots of great restaurants nearby and stores (altho we didn't shop this time!).

Great getaway!

We stayed here for a work trip and it was exactly what we needed. Clean, easy to find, beautiful location, and a fantastic experience of the Northwoods. 10/10 would book again!

Nostalgic Cabin

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean and cozy, rustic with modern conveniences. Everyone loved the quiet, peaceful lake and enjoyed kayaking. Many places in the area to visit such as Vilas County Historical Society in Sayner and Crystal Lake Nature Center and beach. We hope to be back.Check in /check out very easy.

Lovely cabin and great for a little fall getaway. We have been to St Germain many times, but this is our first time at this cabin because many places require a certain length of stay and we just wanted a quick weekend away. We used the canoe, rowboat, and paddleboard; fished off the dock; and had bonfires. Watched movies in the house at night. Plenty of places to sleep and the cabin is very cutely decorated. Extra bedding was provided for cold nights - it was down to 41 degrees one night and we were all good. Definitely recommend!

Perfect!

The cabin is beautiful inside, so comfortable. The lake is beautiful and so peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to bull frogs and watching the turtles. The kayaks were a plus...loved exploring the lake. It is a perfect get away and so very relaxing.

Family Get Away

The Eagles Nest was very quiet and cozy. The deck and fire pit were great!! We enjoyed the row boat and kayaks. It was a home away from home with all the amenities.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this delightful lakeside cottage! Classic Wisconsin resort feel and beautifully decorated to celebrate the season. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

Very cute & quaint place on a no wake lake. Nicely updated to replicate a 50's cabin vibe! Perfect place to relax after a day full of area hiking with our dog!

Great Getaway

The Eagle’s Nest checked all the boxes when we were looking for a place to stay for a short getaway, and it did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for 2 people, and had everything we needed. It was very thoughtfully decorated, and had nice touches like wireless chargers and plenty of usb plugs. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and book in the future.

Cutest little getaway

Small group of 3 went up for snowmobile trip (canceled due to no snow) but still had the best time. So relaxing just sitting on the lake, quiet area, close to anything you might need. Cabin was clean and stocked with necessities. Already planning future trips back

Peaceful retreat

This cottage was absolutely amazing! Located in a quiet area , on a private lake, the location is perfect for unwinding! The cottage is from the 1950's and the decor is to that era...its incredibly charming! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had so much character! The bed was very comfortable! Communication with the owner was seamlessowner was seamless. .

Winter vacation get-away

We had a great time on our winter get-away. and although there was not enough snow to ski on the trails, it snowed just enough during the week to enable us to ski on the lake at the end of the week. And the Christmas decorations were still up, including a Christmas tree, which we enjoyed very, very much!
