Welcome to Feelin’ Beachy! A beautiful vacation home located in serene Navarre Beach. Just steps from the stunning white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Your coastal paradise awaits you at this Navarre Beach property.

This newly constructed two bedroom, three bath home is a true vacationer’s dream, with relaxing beach atmosphere and upscale welcoming décor throughout. Experience ultimate tranquility, with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa sound and The Gulf of Mexico.
This beach home has so much to offer! Upon entering this stunning, single-story home, you will find the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The inviting living area boasts of comfortable seating and large windows, along with a large wall-mounted, flat screen smart television. Enjoy immediate access to the expansive covered patio from the living area where you can take in views of The Gulf of Mexico. The picnic style dining table seats seven guest, and there are four additional barstools by the kitchen breakfast bar for added convenience. The spacious kitchen is truly a sight to see, with gorgeous quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful driftwood cabinetry, a large kitchen island, as well as a stunning tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the area.

The two king suites, each with private bathrooms, provide private access to the back deck. Each suite also comes equipped with flat screen smart televisions. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided in the main space with bunkbeds and twin trundle day beds available to comfortably sleep four Additional guests.

Feelin’ Beachy accommodates up to eight guest comfortably.

The full size laundry room is another amenity of the space, equipped with a large capacity full sized washer and dryer.

Outdoor entertainment area downstairs, under house with picnic table. Parking for up to 4 cars available, including plenty of plenty of room for boat parking. 8 Bikes (5 adult size & 3 child size) & 4 Beach chairs available for use during your stay.

Navarre, Florida is an attractive destination due to its pristine white sand beaches, clear emerald waters, and laid-back coastal lifestyle. Visitors come to enjoy water activities like boating, fishing and paddle boarding, as well as exploring local attractions like the Gulf Breeze Zoo and the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station.

*Other Things To Note:
The main residential area of this home is offered as a vacation rental. The guest quarters are located next door and may be occupied by owners during your stay. Complete privacy is provided between each residence, both inside and outside.

Great vacation house

Great location. The owner(Julie & James)are great people. They brought over cookies at check in. Location is great. Beach items, cornhole boards,games, and a ton of bikes available to use. It is our second time staying here.

Loved being able to walk down to the beach or take a quick drive with all of our stuff. Chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were provided, which was nice.

Wow, all I can say is this place was the best! We loved everything about it! It is beautiful and cozy and the owners have provided everything you need. Week in paradise!

Family vacation 2025

We found this listing and booked it immediately for vacation this year. So glad we did! James and Julie were wonderful hosts to us during our stay with them in their beautiful rental. They provided a welcome gift with some delicious homemade cookies and even provided some toys and snacks for the girls! The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking during our stay. They had beach chairs and toys available for us to use as well. We had an amazing vacation this year staying in this beautiful home and cant wait to book our stay for next year.

The Best VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay at Feelin’ Beachy in Navarre, FL. James and Julie Wray were unforgettable host! They went above and beyond for any help/recommendations we needed. They both make you feel at home. Julie had a welcome gift with all sorts of goodies for our sweet son who is a little under 2! We couldn’t have ask for a better trip and even better host. The BEST place to stay in Navarre! From the A communication when booking to check out we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Hosts are wonderful people and go out of their way to make your stay feel like home! Location is perfect, home was super clean and extremely comfortable. I cannot speak high enough about the top notch hospitality that Julia & James showed us during our visit! If anything was needed they very promptly and kindly responded with a smile. We stay in Navarre several times each year and their place ranks at the top! So thankful for this wonderful place to share with our family on vacation. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The place and owners are amazing

Everything about the stay was great thanks to Julie and James. They messaged us to offer us early check in time. Then they welcomed us with a goodie bag with snacks and beach items for the kids. They have a closet of gamesand beach items to use. We had double red flags during the stay. But the owners had bikes and offered us fun things to do during the trip. We would stay here again.

Perfection

The home was perfect for our family! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone. We were welcomed with a sweet note and goodie bag that everyone enjoyed. The house is perfectly located in Navarre with plenty of parking. We brought our boat and went by the bay to Crab Island one day and to the Blue Angels show in Pensacola the next. The beach is just a short walk or drive to the public beach access. James and Julie are very hospitable! Their fur babies were pretty sweet too :) We absolutely hope to stay here again!

We recently spent a few days here and were thoroughly impressed by its serene ambiance and unbeatable location, just a short walk from the ocean. The home is beautifully decorated with a tasteful coastal theme that enhances its relaxing vibe. The spacious, light-filled living area is ideal for family gatherings or quiet relaxation, and the modern kitchen is well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Each bedroom offers plush beds and quality linens, ensuring restful nights, while one of the spotless bathrooms offered a large shower and another offered a shower and tub combination. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. A brief stroll brought us to the sandy shores where we enjoyed swimming, sunbathing, and collecting seashells. Situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, this home is perfect for a family vacation. Overall, this beach house combines comfort, style, and location to create an unforgettable vacation experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque beach getaway.
