This luxury home has it all, a private pool and spa, a guest house, and sweeping hillside views overlooking Tucson! Your own personal escape from the city, sit back and enjoy the radiant Arizona sunshine from the turquoise pool water. When you'd rather be sunbathing, the large patio offers loungers, and a gas grill - perfect for sweet summer barbecues.

When you need an escape from the heat, step inside and sit down on the oversized sofa in the living room. Catch up on your favorite shows here or head for the in-home theatre, dark and spacious, ideal for movie nights. The home's gourmet kitchen has it all - stainless steel appliances, a center island, a six-burner stove, ample meal prep space, and a separate bar with a wine fridge, and ice machine.

A haven of serenity, the home's primary suite is composed of warm wood finishes, soft linens, sunset views, and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Boasting all of the amenities you need, the room also has its own fireplace, TV, and work desk. The additional three bedrooms are just as impressive with their fresh pops of color, plentiful storage space, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's interior perks.

Near your stay, take peaceful walks around Dove Mountain Park and Tangerine Sky Community Park, tune into some live music at the Gaslight Music Hall of Oro Valley, and just up the road, don your skis at Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 105 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Was a nice stay. Some things could be better. Never received any check in information or check out direction. Pool light and patio speakers didn’t work either. Beautiful views, nice a roomy, very comfy beds. Great location to stores.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home and Views

We loved our stay in this beautiful, clean home that was packed full of amenities. The home is on a quiet street and has gorgeous views. We loved swimming in the pool while watching the sunsets. We enjoyed the theatre room and playing games. The kichen is huge and has all the basic necessities. We also enjoyed having the laundry facilities available. We absolutely loved every moment here and we will be back in the future.

This proved to be the most wonderful family holiday home, with amazing views, great amenities and oh so comfortable! And in a really lovely area just north of Tucson too. We felt very safe, and made some amazing memories.As a family of four from the UK, we are fairly experienced in hiring holiday homes in the US, and also incredibly picky! We'll spend hours & hours researching and reviewing options, as it's got to be right. When we found this property, we knew it was going to be right for us!On arrival it was spotlessly clean, and surpassed our expectations. It's even bigger on the inside that the photos make it look.The views from the master bedroom are to die for, the pool is so fun, and the cinema room - which we didn't think we'd use at all - ended up being a real treat for a couple of movie nights.Some really nice touches like a proper dedicated ice-maker for topping up your cool box each day for day trips, a large garage which even fitted our Ford Expedition, powerful air-con which can be controlled in each room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms too.We were sad to leave, but it proved an amazing base for exploring Tucson and the surrounding area - and it was in a very nice, quiet road too. You aren't overlooked at all, and you won't want to pack up and go home!

The most incredible family holiday home... and so fun in the July heat!

Beautiful place to stay

We were in Marana to do wedding planning for the Ritz at Dove Mountain. The location was perfect and we were blown away by the property. Master bedroom and pool house bedrooms were amazing and two additional en-suite bedrooms were good too. Loved the media room although we didn’t get to use it. Pool, hottub and firepit were fantastic. Perfect after a hike or just to relax and cool off. Good directions too on the iPad. Took advantage of the washer and dryer and appreciated the laundry soap. (Bounce would have been great). Kitchen was high end and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Would recommend highly. In fact, we are hoping people stay here for the wedding. Only negative is that I prefer interacting with the host vs the Vacasa call center. More personal.

My daughter is getting married at the Ritz at Dove Mountain in October so we wanted to be close by to finalize the details. This property was amazing. The master bedroom and the pool cabana bedroom were wonderful. Two other en suite bedrooms as well as a media room. The pool, hot tub and firepit were perfect for relaxing and the kitchen had everything you could think of. Beautiful views- we had a nice hike behind the house. Clear directions for use of hottub, firepit and garage entry. It was everything we wanted and more.
The pool was so relaxing. A shaded area with comfortable seating as well.

Great Stay, with some quirks.

Loved the view, the amount of space, and the pool for the hot AZ heat. The air conditioning worked great, we had an awesome time with family and relaxation. There were a few things throughout the house that did not work, such as blinds not working via the remote or wall switch ( bring an eye mask). The ice maker was not clean and unfortunately there was a dead bug in it, so unless it’s clean purchase your own ice for your trip. One of the bathrooms toilet paper holders was broken, but overall it was a great property and space for a family trip.

Will stay again! Gorgeous decor & outdoor space

We were wowed as soon as we walked in by the decor, views and pool. Beautiful home. We had a couple of mininal things that would have improved our stay like an instruction book, some of the blinds didnt work (could be operator error), hot tub was hard to figure out, TV remote issues, no blackout shades in primary so it was bright very early with shades drawn. BUT we ended up canceling reservations and having dinners at the house because it was so beautiful and we loved the theater room, pool and hot tub/views and outdoor area. The poolhouse was perfect for our college age daughter and her bestie. Lots of happy memories made (we were there for a college graduation).

Enjoyed it

We were playing in a golf event for 3 days and this place gave us somewhere to relax with plenty of room. Each of the 4 of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Wonderful place. Will stay here again, if it is available.

Great property

We had a great time in Marana and the Tucson area. It was hot and the pool was so refreshing. The outdoor space was fantastic. The house was equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thanks to the owner for sharing your special place. We hope to be back.

Best girls trip ever!

Bunch of good friends got together and the house was fantastic. Pictures don’t do the house justice so spacious and modern. We loved the kitchen and pool hot tub.

Nice house, lacking support and fussy technology

Our stay at this property was a mix of positives and frustrations. While the house itself was clean and modern, several issues impacted our experience.The biggest problem was the shades— in the pool house/casita, they were stuck down the entire time, completely blocking the view we paid for from the master. In the interior master, the shades were partially stuck up and down, with the one directly above the bed stuck open, meaning we were awakened at dawn each morning— not ideal for a vacation.The pool app was unreliable and made switching between the hot tub and pool difficult. It also didn’t allow both to run simultaneously. The outdoor fire key was buried in a random drawer, and the remote for the master fireplace and TV did not work.We reached out multiple times to Vacasa, spending over three hours on the phone, yet the blinds were never fixed. After texting about possible compensation for these issues, I was completely ignored.Despite the frustrations, the view— even though obstructed— was beautiful, and the house itself was well-kept and modern. However, for the price and expectations, the lack of responsiveness and unresolved issues made for a disappointing stay.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL!

Beautiful property and amazing views! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the unit. The kitchen equipment is wonderful and the space/layout was perfect for our family. It is close enough (about 10 to 15 minutes) to grocery stores and restaurants.

Mixed Experience

Beautiful home with gorgeous views, and clean. A long list of items were in need of repair, or missing. We messaged with property management night one and throughout our stay. Each person we talked to was respectful, but there was miscommunication from day one. We spent our time following up on the list of items that needed attention. After four days, we were told at least two items would not be fixed until after our stay. For us, it was not enjoyable to spend our vacation time communicating home maintenance issues, waiting for them to be fixed, and continuing to find that things have not been attended to. The list kept growing with each passing day, and we finally gave up on communicating the issues. A home can be beautiful and clean, but there is much more to the guest experience than that. It is not the guest's responsibility to maintain the home.

Great property, poor communication

The property is great. It’s spacious, very clean, modern, well appointed, comfortable beds, great views and in a nice neighborhood with access to services. I’m giving a 3 star rating due to communication. Be aware this is a Vacasa managed property. So if you have questions or issues you text or call a 1-800 #. Problem is all the person can do is send a report and then you wait for a resolution. Our issues went into a black hole. The big one was a broken automatic shade that covered the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. We found it in the walk-in closet when we arrived. My husband tried to re-attach it but a piece was broken so not fixable. This made it impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. Not just from a privacy standpoint but because timed lights in the backyard/pool area were on all night lighting up the bedroom. We reported the problem the very day we arrived but nothing was resolved during our stay. The other issue was a broken ice maker that was leaking on the floor. We reported this too but never heard anything back. Other items such as fire place remotes not working and more clear communication on their signage. For example, ”use the iPad on the kitchen counter to access the hot tub website to turn it on.” The sign just said to keep the iPad on the counter top and plugged in. You do need a lap top or iPad to access the website to turn on the hot tub. Using an iPhone or android is very awkward because the small screen doesn’t display correctly.

OK but not great

House is in good location in the Highlands community in Marana. House has beautiful views. Check in was easy. Overall, however, we were underwhelmed for how much this property cost per night. As in many rentals, the kitchen was poorly outfitted. The kitchen is huge- with a butler's pantry. Most cabinets bare; minimal tools and the ones that were there were cheap or in poor condition, few to no baking and serving dishes. Could have used lots more kitchen towels, silverware, mugs. We cooked most of our meals and so really noticed the kitchen situation. Dining area could have used another set up placemats, some tablecloths and decorative candles. Upon arrival we noticed that the beds didn't have proper blanket options. We had to call VACASA and get someone to bring us more blankets. The batteries in the fans were dead. The air filters in the house needed to be replaced badly. The glass pane in the fireplace was broken and needs to be repaired. Tree in driveway needed to be cut back. Auto drapes in the bedroom off patio didn't work properly. Bathrooms weren't outfitted with basic amenities. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this house at the price they asked. This could be a spectacular rental if a little attention to detail and hospitality were provided.

Just Really Good

Believe all the 5 star reviews. Hard to complain about anything with this place. Great location and layout. Modern and spacious with well equipped kitchen, really nice outside patio and spa (we did not use pool). Awesome sunset views. Pics are accurate.Only minor complaint is that the media room lights should be on a dimmer. And for a while I thought I might be able to complain that the steak knives weren't very sharp, but then realized the knife block had a built in sharpener :-). Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Very lovely home, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need other than the food. The salt water pool is great and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Shopping is conveniently located nearby. We would stay here again for sure!
