Family Spring Break with Teens

The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing along with a few extra things provided for daily needs. Our only complaint is that occasionally we did not have hot showers with six of us there showering. The gated community is nice and secure but wish it was easier to walk out and about

Family Wedding Vacation

We all truly enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was a great place to rest, relax, and recharge for our celebrations and touring expeditions. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and we LOVED the pool.Great communication with rental folks.A very positive experience!

Perfect Stay*****

House is safe, clean and really well appointed. We cooked on the grill and in the kitchen often. Pool was refreshing and really clean. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning was great! Hosts were so fantastic! Lots of recommendations and really great communication and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Golf tournament

The house was wonderful. Comfortable and convenient to the Grand Reserve golf course (1 minute by car and inside the main resort gate). It is also a great location for exploring northeast part of Puerto Rico. The pool was fantastic in the afternoon after golf or exploring. The owners were proactive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Our slice of paradise

Alex and Gladys were two of the most accommodating and helpful hosts we have ever had. The house was amazing Spacious and clean in a wonderful gated areal. they helped us with everything from finding things to do to making sure that we had everything we needed. the pool was absolutely amazing and we walked to the beach every morning for sunrise. If you are looking for a beautiful house with a pool and golf cart near some of the most magical parts of Puerto Rico, then Coco Paradise is the place to be. We cant wait to come back and stay at Coco Paradise again. It was truly an amazing experience. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Thanks to Alex and Gladys for one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. Adios por ahora.

Family Wedding

Property was exactly as advertised. Modern, clean and well appointed. Pool and outdoor space very nice and a short trip to Hyatt for events. Hosts very accessible. Beach nice but rustic bs groomed. Would recommend.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Alex and Gladys were and how great the house was for our Spring Break vacation! Check in process was very easy and hosts were very detailed. Upon arrival at the house it was extremely clean and the setup was beautiful! There was a previous review about ants, but I can say we were careful to make sure we didn’t leave any food out and we did not see a single ant in the house! The neighborhood was very quiet, which we enjoyed with having 3 kids under 12 years old. The pool was perfect and although it was not heated, the days were hot enough where the kids would swim for hours in the afternoon. Alex was always very quick to respond to any questions I had regarding restaurant recommendations or activities. The location of the house was perfection! We did El Yunque, bio bay tour, catamaran to Vieques and Old San Juan. I would recommend Alex and Gladys and this house to any of my friends or family going to Puerto Rico! Beautiful house, wonderful hosts and great, quiet location! Thank you for a wonderful week Alex and Gladys!

Tough to Rate this Property

As best as I can tell, this property has recently been renovated. It is both stylish and well equipped. It is sleek and modern. It was clean and well organized. It did have some stuff which would have made our stay more enjoyable such as a different option for coffee instead of a Neopresso/espresso machine which we could not seem to get to work properly. No instructions were found for the pool/hot tub heater. We did our best try and figure out that thermostat but no luck. While there was an abundance of towels, we could not find any wash cloths. I realize some of this is kind of picky, but none the less it detracted from our stay. The neighborhood was a concern. While gated, it had a mixed bag of homes in various condition from well maintained to some which were in serous disrepair and some looked abandoned. We weren’t sure what to make of the signs at the gate stating NO SHORT TERM RENTALS since we were… a short term rental. Communication with the owners was quick when we reported an ant problem, but a professional exterminator is probably a better option than a can of RAID left by the door. We had an issue with the water for the majority of the first day. Owner stated the city had turned it off because of sediment in the system caused by all the rain. We were given a $100 credit.
