Located minutes from Downtown Dover, the Hermitage Ski resort, Haystack Golf club, and Mt. Snow ski resort. The property offers a pool, sports court, outdoor fire pit, and propane grilles.

The main lodge has 7 luxurious private rooms with a large central area for all guests. This area has a farm style gourmet kitchen, large harvest table for dining, comfortable tv room with gas fireplace, cozy library room with gas fireplace. Parking area has an Electric vehicle charging station with tesla charger. All rooms have free WiFi and Air Conditioning. Outdoors is a sports court, outdoor dining table, fire pit, and propane grille.
