Smoking outside only, Smoking inside is $500 charge. Please clear and take trash out upon check out. Early check in and late check out are additional $75 charges if available need to be approved at least 24hrs in advance. Any check out later than 3 pm is an additional day charge. Any check in earlier than 12pm is an additional day charge. NO DOGS IN THE POOL. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES at the house. No more than 10 total guests at once if this is not followed you Reservation will be cancelled without refund and $1,000 will be charged.
One camera on the front above garage another in the backyard corner covering most of the backyard area both are exterior and recording 24/7. Usually don’t get looked at unless there’s an incident. Tampering with cameras is grounds for immediate removal of property.

Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.

Cans must be wheeled to the street than brought back to the designated trash area after trash is taken on trash day

We understand you may be taking out trash of previous guests as the next guest may be taking out your trash. We appreciate your understanding as this ensures every guest has a wonderful stay.
