This unit is optimized for comfort and work from home conditions, including ultra high speed internet. Blackout shades adorn brand NEW low-e windows in the bedrooms, and light filtering privacy shades hang in common areas and bathrooms. It's the most prestigious condo community in Tucson, nestled right up to the Catalina mountains and in the upscale Catalina Foothills neighborhood. This particular community has its own private Ventana Canyon hiking trail entrance, 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 clubhouses, a gym, tennis and pickleball court and beautiful landscaping! It's 5 minutes from shopping and Sabino Canyon, and only 20 minutes to the University. Couldn't be more perfect!
