Cozy ski-in/ski-out condo on Sugarloaf Mountain

This cozy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain/fat bike directly from the condo! A queen murphy bed, pull out full size sofa bed, and a twin bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply).
The space
Located in the popular Sugartree I complex, access to the Snubber chair lift mid station is just outside the door. A dedicated ski locker is available onsite. There are also outdoor hooks to hang your bikes directly outside the condo. A propane fireplace provides warmth and ambience. This central location can't be beat with the Shipyard Brewhaus nearby and the Sugarloaf base area just a short walk, ski, chair ride, or shuttle away. Coin operated laundry is available on-site too. The condo also boasts sliding glass doors with a view of the mountain.
Guest access
Free parking for is available in the building's parking lot. A free shuttle during winter also provides access to resort areas if you don't want to walk or ski or ride.
Other things to note
You can easily work remotely with 100+ mbps high speed internet providing plenty of bandwidth for video calls. Enjoy a Carrabasset Coffee Company coffee made with our espresso machine or french press each morning and enjoy some hot chocolate in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. We will be sure to leave you plenty of both for your stay!

The property was so clean, no pet oder at all even though they rent to folks with pets! The hosts are quick to respond and are all lovely people. We plan on staying here again next year as well.

Great choice

My family of 4 and dog had a great stay here. Location was perfect, connected to to the fitness center and trail right out the door. Owners were very welcoming and responsive. We’d definitely stay come back.

Great condo and host

Cute little studio condo right on the slopes of Sugarloaf with easy ski-in/ski-out access. Host was incredibly thoughtful, reaching out to us on multiple occasions to make sure we had an amazing trip. Would definitely go back

Perfect location!

Teena’s ski in/ski out condo was in a perfect location for our week at Sugarloaf. The condo is at the end of the Sugartree units, right next to the mid Snubber lift and the fitness center. The condo itself had every thing we needed with 3 comfortable beds and tiny, but well equipped kitchen. Teena was very communicative and so welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy yet Spacious

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed for nearly 1 week. This condo was great. It is very thoughtfully planned out, making it somehow cozy and spacious (who knew that could be a thing??). Even after so many days, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Amazing. We even hosted family who were staying elsewhere on the mountain for ski-in lunches and game nights after dinner, bringing the total number of people in this space to 6, and there was no issue. Just fantastic. And the owner, Teena, was easily reached when needed and very communicative. This topped off our experience as being simply wonderful. Thank you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The building is quiet yet close to everything. We put our skis on just outside the door and ski to snubber mid station for a lift up the mountain. When we get hungry we ski back to the condo and right to our sliding door, take our skis off and grab a bite. We rinse and repeat in the afternoon. We do the same when we go mountain or fat biking, ride from right outside our door. The Shipyard brewhouse is a 3 min walk. The lodge and surrounding restaurants and shops are a 5 minute walk via snubber. The condo is just a 5 min walk from access to the dog walk and other trails and we have hot tubs a few steps from our door. They do have a separate charge as they belong to the fitness center but they are super convenient after a long day of skiing. Sitting in the hot tub with the snow falling around you is amazing!
