Unfortunately there was road construction taking place directly outside the rental...Cathy was very gracious to secure us another one of her rentals when the sound became unmanageable.

Such a great vacation. Perfect location, close to beach and also close enough to drive to boardwalk in OC and AC. Owner was easy to reach with questions, totally worth it!

GREAT VACATION SPOT

this is a very clean comfortable 2 bedroom second floor. The deck is delightful and you can see the ocean from there. There is an outside shower and great fenced in yard which our dog enjoyed. My only complaint is that there is not a space to store dry foods. The bonus room with the washer/dryer would be a perfect place for a food cabinet. We like to cook so that is important. If you go out for meals, this is not needed. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a great vacation spot.

Beautiful weather!

The location of the property is amazing and the outside shower was great. The interior needs some work,; painting, new sheets, curtains and furniture would go a looong way. It was just not clean and ants had clearly been living in the kitchen a while. We opened the pull-out bed to find lots of dog hair and a baby toy , neither of which was from us.

The Short of it

We rented this property Aug. 6-13. 2022, so the property did show some end of the summer wear and tear. The upstairs unit was clean, but there was a few issues. There is no cabinets for storage , the refrigerator door had no handle on it, there was a terrible ant problem on the counters that the owner was clearly aware of and should have had it taken care of. The front deck of the unit was wonderful; a great place to hang out and have coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the PM. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog, but there was really no comfortable seating that would want to make you eat out there in the evening. A bit more love to this unit, and it would be great. The location to the beach and neighborhood was great.

Love The Location

We loved our week at Kathy's house. She was SO nice to deal with, quick to respond. We were on 2nd floor and just loved sitting on the deck, in the morning or evening. We were able to see the ocean and it was just so relaxing. Location to the beach was a very short walk and we loved being able to walk to the Pirates Den for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great food and great service!!! We were able to bring our dog 🐕 Penny (thank you Kathy) because we think of her as family, she enjoyed the week as much as we did, especially the dog beach. We love Brigantine and hope to be back.

North End Oasis

This property was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable week at the shore. The kitchen and living room are open plan, making the place feel more spacious than you might guess from the photos. Beach chairs were provided, as well as some other beachy stuff you might need, including rafts and even a kite. We sat out on both decks and enjoyed the ocean breezes. You get a nice view of the ocean from the front deck! We were very happy with the short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and clean.

Great location, pet friendly, but apartment in need of renovations

This apartment is in a great location, 1/2 block from the beach, close to the dog friendly/fishing beach, and around the corner from Pirates Den (restaurant). However, the apartment itself is in some serious need of renovations and the photos are a little misleading. The furniture is old and stained, the balcony door was extremely hard to open and close, the lamps are a fire hazard, and the patio furniture is very rusted. Luckily we had great weather when we were there so we didn’t spend too much time in the apartment. It was also a huge bonus we were able to bring our dog with us and had access to the fully fenced in backyard. I also loved the big kitchen table for all our family dinners.

Perfect location great house

Clean and bigger than expected with ocean views

The property was super clean and the bonus room came in handy for all of the baby things I had to bring for my 6 month old! The backyard was awesome for my family and dog and it was close to everything!

Wonderful Rental

The house was wonderful. Everything one would need to make for a great vacation. Close to the beach too. The kids had a blast with all of the games. They even have rock band. Great little reataurant right around the corner. They had my fav. Red clam sauce. Delicious. Would definetly stay there again.

Great location ,,quiet neighborhood,close to beach.

We had a great relaxing vacation 1/2 block from beach and right around the corner from the Pirates Den restaurant. Also a few blocks from dog friendly beach / drive on beach , permit required. Short drive to acme,cvs restaurants,casinos etc. Nice fenced in backyard with outdoor shower / hot & cold water, 2 grills, out door patio set with umbrella. Beach cart to lug your beach necessities back & forth. Nice views from 2nd floor balconies. Hear the ocean all day long from this location. Cathy was friendly and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We felt unrushed and relaxed on the isle .🇺🇸 ✌ ⛱

Great Place to Stay, so close to the Beach

We loved our stay at the beach house. The unit was clean and decorated in a beach theme. We stayed with our extended family - one family rented the upstairs unit and the rest stayed in the downstairs unit. It was perfect! Large fenced in yard was great. Nice to have so much off-street parking. The owner, Cathy, was so nice to deal with. She showed us another place she has, which was also close by, for future needs. Highly recommend any property Cathy has. She really treated us great. Can't wait to come back next year.

AWESOME !!!!!!!!!

Myself, husband and little dog Stanley have stayed here 3 or 4 times within the past 2 years and will be back again before the end of the 2015 summer. I can't say enough good things about this property - Clean, clean, clean ! - Pet Friendly ! - Really, really comfortable - Kitchen has everything you need - 2nd floor deck with ocean view - Master bedroom with ocean view - Steps to pet friendly beach - Beautiful fenced in backyard - Beautiful tile shower - Wall mounted flat screen TV in Master Bedroom - Beautiful breezes coming from sliding glass doors in living room and Master Bed Room. - Outdoor shower to wash the sand off. - Did I say Clean and Comfortable ? There's just to much to list. On top of all this, Cathy the owner is wonderful to deal with. Really responsive to texts and emails and very accommodating. The place is amazing and I can't recommend it highly enough. We even asked to buy the place if she ever considers selling - seriously !

Nice Place

Nice, clean, property and a close walk to the beach. Love the granite counters and the beachy look! So easy to get to and from the beach. Great place to stay!
