Property wide construction to infrastructure. Noisy work during daytime includes jackhammers and large equipment such as excavators, etc. There are no planned closures of amenities or water shut offs, and there will always be at least 1 entry/exit open during the entire project. Steer clear of the east retention pond and DO NOT attempt to cross the wood foot bridge to the island as this is where much of the pond work will take place.

Make the most of the Emerald Coast at this Horizon South condo. Located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, the condo is just a short walk across the street from a private beach access area. For some on-site leisure, choose from one of the four large pools and hot tubs, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of mini golf, a friendly tennis match, or a game of hoops on the basketball court. The clubhouse features an exercise room and pool tables. This fantastic location is just over a mile from bustling Pier Park, which offers amusement park rides, restaurants, shopping, and an Imax movie theater. Frank Brown Park, a premier 200-acre facility hosting numerous sports and events, is also just down the road.

Updated furnishings and modern essentials are furnished throughout the condo for complete home comfort. The full kitchen is equipped to handle home cooking and the. living room smart TV is ready to stream all your favorite shows or movies. The private balcony offers a breezy perch for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Beach chair service rentals are available for an additional on-site fee from March through October.
​​Golf carts are not permitted on-site unless they are registered to a condo owner.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
