Entire Fabulous UWS Lincoln Square 2BR Sleeps 5

I have been a successful host for about 2 years, with over 40 Five Star reviews. But, since I am new to VRBO, I can provide some reviews upon request.
About this space
Come to NYC with family or friends in a terrific 2 BR apt.in the heart of the UWS. ONE block from 1, 2/3, B, C trains and Central Park. Minutes from Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle and Rockefeller Center. 2 VERY quiet bedrooms with 2 Full size beds and 2 sleeper sofas the lovely and comfortable Living Room overlooking Columbus Ave. Up to 5 Guests. You will be surrounded by shopping and some of the finest dining. Both reasonable & $$$ There is no better neighborhood to stay in for a NYC visit
The space
This a non-doorman building in an extremely safe and family friendly area. The apartment is two flights up.
This is a great and tastefully furnished apartment. Feels like a home. Large kitchen totally equipped. There is no formal dining area or large table. There are two very quiet bedrooms. One Bedroom is smaller than the other but both have full size beds. As much dresser and closet space as possible will be provided. When I am not renting the entire apartment, I live here full time, so there are personal items and clothing etc.) The comfortable and sunny living room has two couches that fold down into twin beds. PLEASE use the bedding provided for the couches as they are new and deserve to be taken care of. There's a huge smart tv. There is a beautiful tropical fish aquarium and lots of beautiful plants in the living room.
Guest access
You are right on Columbus avenue and can hail a cab right outside the door. But everything is in walking distance. And the subways are one block away, as is Central Park. There is street parking and many garages in the neighborhood.
And obviously the restaurants and shopping on the UWS are incredible
Other things to note
Just know that the little lobby and stairwell are not the most gorgeous in New York, but that should have no reflection on the wonderful and comfortable apartment.
