We had a perfect stay at this apartment. Very convenient to many places to eat and the subway is only a few blocks away. The place was clean and perfect for our family.

Séjour d’un mois globalement agréable dans un appartement au 2e étage d’un Brownstone ancien de la 61e rue, au cœur de Manhattan. Malgré la vétusté du bâtiment et quelques désagréments, l’expérience a été très positive grâce à la réactivité exemplaire de l’agence, disponible 24h/24 et efficace dans la résolution des problèmes.L’arrivée a été un peu compliquée (code communiqué tardivement et erroné), mais vite réglée. L’apt, plus petit que les 65 m² annoncés, offre une literie très confortable et un canapé appréciable. Deux incidents majeurs ont marqué le séjour : l’apparition d’un rat puis d’une souris, traitée rapidement par un technicien (trous bouchés) puis une société d’extermination; problème de chauffage résolu durablement.L’emplacement est un vrai atout : Central Park à 1 km, métro (4, 5, 6, N, R, W) à 7 min, ferry East River à 30 min, accès au Queens par le pont Queensboro. L’appartement, calme car sur cour, dispose d’un salon ensoleillé avec vue sur le téléphérique. La cuisine, moderne et bien équipée pour quatre, reste un peu exiguë. La douche, eau très chaude et température instable, peut être difficile pour un enfant.En bref, un logement ancien typiquement new-yorkais, idéalement situé et très bien géré, où le professionnalisme de l’agence compense les limites liées à l’âge de l’immeuble.
