Sugar Hill Tennis Village B106 is a charming holiday rental in the exclusive Sugar Hill Resort Community. This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is perfectly located in the Tennis Village of Sugar Hill, which is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens for the most peaceful and relaxing stay.
B106 is an easily accessible ground-floor unit with dedicated parking spaces just steps away from its entrance. This beautifully furnished apartment features air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a cozy living room area, all leading directly onto a generous deck which is perfect for al-fresco dining. Complete with loungers to enjoy the sun or stars, guests can choose to soak up the sun in the garden or by the second communal pool within the resort, mere steps away from B106. The two bedrooms are situated on either side of the apartment for complete privacy, with both offering ample closet space. The unit also features a spacious kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances for self-catering. B106 offers an independent security system as well as two concealed safes for the safe keeping of valuables.
