Villa Edunia is a newly-built 4-bedroom villa with stunning sunset views just minutes from Gustavia. The villa was named after American contemporary artist, Eduardo Kac, whose work can be seen throughout the villa. Situated high on the Lurin hillside above Gustavia, villa Edunia offers breathtaking sunset ocean views and cooling breezes. Built on two levels, the villa provides ample space for a family or couples vacationing together. The large main room, with the kitchen and living room, can be closed off and air-conditioned or fully opened up on both sides. A garden space in the rear offers seating and a grill area. The main outdoor space is located by the heated pool and extends beyond the large alfresco dining area. Loungers are all well placed to fully benefit from the spectacular sunsets. Three bedrooms are on either side of the pool, and a fourth bedroom is situated on the lower floor (with private access and parking). All bedrooms have U.S. king-sized beds that can be separated into two twins, dressing area and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Villa Edunia is a 3-minute drive from Shell Beach and Gustavia town, and a 5-minute drive from Gouverneur Beach. During high season, guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. * Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August.
