Villa Les Roches is a newly-built, 5-bedroom villa in the hills of Colombier with lots of privacy and gorgeous ocean views. Villa Les Roches is situated in Colombier, a short drive from Gustavia and the beach of Flamands. The villa offers generous indoor and outdoor space in a private and calm setting with ocean views. It includes a fitness room and separate massage room. The large, heated pool may be the first thing that catches the eye upon entering, only to be upstaged by the ocean views with the solemn rock of Ile Chevreau breaking the horizon. A large sundeck in front of the pool allows you to benefit from the sun, even in the heart of winter. There is ample seating in the shade at the large, covered outdoor space that separates the living room from the kitchen. A beautiful, solid wooden table can easily seat 12 people, and there is a huge outdoor sofa behind the house that can serve as daybeds for multiple people. The indoor living room offers comfortable seating in an air-conditioned space, with a smart TV with Netflix and both U.S. and French satellite. The kitchen can also be air- conditioned and has a large island that serves as breakfast spot, but also as an indoor dining table for 12. The first bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow behind the living room with a private terrace and seating out front. This bedroom has a U.S. king-sized bed, a large dressing, and ensuite bathroom with a shower that can be opened up to the private garden in the back, and where a solid granite bathtub invites guests amongst the tropical vegetation. The four additional bedrooms are situated in a separate unit next to the entrance and are similar in size and amenities. Two bedrooms are situated on the main level, with the other two are just below. Each level has one bedroom with a U.S. king sized bed, and one with two twin beds that can be made up as a U.S. king.
