Metered parking is conveniently located in front of the building, and overnight parking at these meters is free as well.

Please note: Guests must climb stairs to access the apartment.

Great location! The property was the right size for our holiday event with our extended family of 8. The metro is close along with several places to eat. The property was clean and organized but some towels and sheets were stained. There were no hangers in the closets. We just used the closet shelves. There are a lot of steps but we were prepared for that. Parking was not an issue.

Never actually got to stay here because the property owner cancelled our reservation without telling us until we were in the car headed down to stay there! Luckily we were able to quickly re-book at a hotel but this was a really terrible experience and handled very poorly by the owner.

Top floor views

The rooms were nice, but needed dressers and clothes hangers. We took our clothes out of our suitcases daily. The showers ran hot and cold.

Great home base close to Catholic U

This was a great, spacious condo for our family to celebrate UMD graduation, about a 20 minute drive away. It is just as it appears in photos, spread over 3 levels. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks and a 3-min drive to a cute neighborhood and amenities, restaurants and shops around Catholic U. Communication leading up to the stay was inconsistent but all worked out well.

BE WARNED! NO ELEVATOR! - The unit is great, but if you have accessibility issues, this is not for you. It is 3 levels, starting at the 4th floor. So after walking up 4 flights of stairs, you may have to walk 2 additional flights to your bedroom. The unit is spacious, clean, and has very nice appliances, ice maker, filtered water, washer and dryer. On street parking was not an issue. Free on the weekends. Shops, including a CVS are nearby. Close to the metro and Catholic University. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. 2 bedrooms on the first level and 1 bedroom on each of the upper levels.

Nice Loft

The loft was clean and met all of our needs. We did not have enough towels upon check in. IM'd PM, but with no response, called in the morning. The problem was remedied quickly.Our primary concern was that unbeknownst to us the loft was a 4th floor walk-up and the master bedroom was an additional 2 more flights. With a lot of luggage and 2 people over 70, this became a bit more than a minor problem. Without having ADA accessibility, we probably would have stayed elsewhere.

Not New

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in not just the space itself but even dirty dishes in the cupboard! There was only two glasses in the cupboard so they dropped off a box of glasses for us to wash and put away, rude. Should have been checked before someone stays. Only a few pieces of silverware for such a large space that can hold so many people. No hair dryer, I have never rented any space that didn't have at least one hair dryer. I could go on but.... We had only three adults stay but were charged for four... On the plus side the location is close to the Metro and convenient to some local stores and places to eat.
