It really is the perfect spot ! You find yourself wondering where the heck you tented as you drive up but the house far surpassed our expectations!! Great for 4 couples as you all have your own bathroom. Great spaces to enjoy - the front deck is great as well as the rooftop ! We used our wristbands for the outdoor pools at grand Mayan many times , golfed , bought passes for pickleball as well. Our group was the only ones playing . For 8 ppl we brought an extra coffee maker which helped ! Not many serving dishes for large group. Carmen was fantastic to deal with for anything we needed !! Thank you so much for a great holiday !!!

Wonderful stay, one of the best properties we have stayed at (we've stayed at 30 places in and around Puerto Penasco). Loved the modern look and amenities. Only concern was the checkin as we were not provided with the correct checkin code which caused some delay and frustration. We checked in on a holiday, so no one was available at the office. We also had no service, so had to go to a local resort, use their Wifi to contact the host, who then gave the correct code. Beyond this, we really enjoyed the home.

Excellent property

This property is beautiful! Amazing views! The beach is nice. It has a lot of shells that can hurt walking around barefoot and had a little bit of seaweed on the beach and in the water, that probably depends on the time of year. Still very swimmable, very nice beach! We loved our stay here!

Perfect

Beautiful modern home. Loved waking up to the wide open windows with the ocean view. You can wake up in the morning and have coffee then walk a few steps and go beach combing. Dinner on the rooftop terrace is the best! Our family will definitely stay here again

The home is beautiful and the views are spectacular, if you have young children this might not be a kid friendly choice, there are no rails on the porch ( large drop off our 2 year old fell off the deck and hurt herself) the stairs going up to the rooftop don’t have rails either. I would suggest an upgrade on the mattresses they were very hard, everyone’s backs were sore. I would also suggest a Kuerrig coffee maker and pods. The air in the master went out the first night so we had to move into another bedroom. I think this VRBO has excellent potential but needs some attention. I hate to leave this review but I would have loved to know this before we booked. When you are paying such high prices you should be getting a 5 start stay

Perfect location and lay out.

The home is absolutely gorgeous. The square footage is confusing because description is inaccurate. It is just under 3000 square feet. 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. All suites. Living area is centered for equal access. Views are impeccable.
