The ground-level unit sleeps 10 and has an assigned parking spot. The gated complex has 24-hour monitoring, 4 pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball.

THE SPACE
Living Room
The spacious living room at the front of the condo has a 55-inch TV (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps) and sliding glass doors that open onto the large private patio. The front master suite, living room and dining area all have ocean views.

Kitchen/Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a Keurig dual coffee maker (drip and K-cups) and a fridge with ice maker. The dining table comfortably seats 10. There is also a commercial ice machine in the complex, so there is no need to buy extra ice. Please do not put bags of ice into the ice dispenser, as it damages the motor.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Private Patio
This corner, ground-level unit has a large private patio with a table for 8, a propane BBQ grill, and a lounge set with a loveseat for 2, 2 individual chairs and a coffee table. From the patio you can walk right over to the community pools and shared amenities.

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 10. All bedrooms have 43-inch TVs.
Bedroom 1: spacious master suite at the front of the condo with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a crib, an en-suite bathroom and a large slider out to the private patio.
Bedroom 2: master suite at the back of the unit with a king bed, closet, en-suite bathroom and safe.
Bedroom 3: queen bed and closet, with the hallway bathroom just a few steps across the hall.
Bedroom 4: a kids' room with a full trundle bed, a twin that rolls out underneath, and a closet.
Please note: the 10th guest will need to use the twin rollaway bed and move it to an area of their choosing. It fits well in either master suite or the living room, as the other two bedrooms are too small.

Bathrooms
3 full bathrooms: one in each master suite and one in the hallway, all with modern glass shower panels. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.

Laundry Room
The laundry room inside the unit has a washer and dryer. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs, beach towels (one per person) and a beach wagon. We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Children
There is a baby crib (with fitted sheet) in Bedroom 1 and a small toddler table with 2 chairs. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. There is no highchair. Please note the condo is not specifically childproofed. There are no lifeguards on duty at any of the pools, so supervision is required at all times.

Oceania Residences Complex
Oceania Residences is a gated community with 24-hour monitoring, directly across from Eagle Beach, with gates from the pool areas so you can cross over to the beach. Guests enjoy free access to 4 pools (one at the Palm building and three in front of the Arashi building, where this unit is located), a large fitness center, business center, teen center, playground, tennis court, pickleball, squash and racquetball courts, and a commercial ice machine. The unit has one assigned parking spot, and there are visitor spots for additional cars.

GUEST ACCESS
Oceania Residences is a private, gated condo complex with resort-style amenities, but it is not a hotel or resort. Each condo is individually owned and managed, so there is no front desk and no place to store luggage. The complex's 24-hour security gate does not allow arrivals before 4 PM without prior approval, so please plan your arrival for 4 PM or later. Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. The unit has keyless entry; you'll receive your code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. Guests have full access to the entire condo, except the owner's closet in the bathroom of the front master suite.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
