It's important to mention that for reservations exceeding four nights, there is a chance of being assigned a different suite to facilitate housekeeping operations. For check-in, the resort requires the primary guest be 21 years of age or older and carry a valid ID and credit card under their name. Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of $250 will be required, which can be conveniently processed using any major credit card. Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments. Within 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email confirmation with your name as the registered guest. If you need to make a name change after providing this information, a fee of $99.00 will be applicable. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged upon check-out, ensuring the preservation of our exceptional accommodations.
