A refined canalfront retreat capturing the essence of the Florida lifestyle, this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends relaxation with recreation. Thoughtfully curated as a turnkey getaway, it offers a seamless balance of indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment.

The Outdoor Experience
Mornings begin on the screened lanai with coffee and peaceful water views at sunrise. Afternoons are best spent unwinding beside the private heated pool or fishing directly from the dock, with gear provided. As the day winds down, the grill sets the stage for a scenic sunset dinner overlooking the canal.

Indoor Entertainment
Away from the water, entertainment continues in the dedicated game room. Enjoy friendly competition on the full-size arcade machine (currently unavailable from Feb 25th through April due to maintenance) or the Pop-A-Shot basketball game—ideal for both rainy afternoons and late-night fun.

We had a blast!!

Excellent location, we went of a family little vacation just to relax and be apart from the noise and all i can say is that we had a blast!! Robert is an excellent host!!!

Better than expected

Enjoyed all the amenities. The pool was so much fun. We caught fish and Enjoyed the turtles. The game room was fun and ping pong was good. Had a great stay!

Wonderful family get away!

Three generations really enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with Robert was always very prompt and helpful from the time of booking to when we checked in. We didn’t have any issues which meant one less thing to think about on a family vacation. The pool and game room were a big hit. We also saw so much wildlife (otter, many turtles, iguanas, fish and many birds including the burrowing owl). The house and pool area made for a very nice family time.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property, with several standout features that made it memorable. The south-facing pool was a highlight, getting sun all day, and the surrounding wildlife added a unique touch—we saw otters, turtles, birds, lizards, and even an iguana during our stay. There’s even two burrowing owls that live out front! Sunrises and sunsets were also beautiful!The variety of bikes available was a great bonus, and the neighborhood is very quiet and bike-able with newer riders. We also appreciated the beach gear provided, including a wagon, umbrella, cooler, and chairs. The ping pong table was a fun addition as well. The nearby Fellowship Park is fantastic and definitely worth visiting. A few notes that may be helpful for future guests: the pool doesn’t have much of a shallow end, which may be something to keep in mind for younger or less confident swimmers. It could also be a bonus for you! Pool temperature was so comfortable and warm! You may want to check with the property in advance to confirm that the kitchen supplies, as well as towel and linen inventory, will meet your specific needs. All closets had box fans which was a nice touch. We also noticed baby gear stocked, although we didn’t need to use it.Check in was easy peasy and property manager was very responsive and open to feedback. Overall, a great place with a lot to offer, especially if you enjoy outdoor amenities and a bit of nature!

Nice home, Great Stay!!

The property is wonderful, quiet neighborhood, easy check in, home is clean and well kept, pool is nicely heated, comfortable beds, fun game room & rigged fishing poles. The one and only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system is not able to be adjusted, and at times it was freezing. I know it's Florida and boo-hoo, I was cold, but at one point the temp read 68F and the air conditioner was still running. Besides that, everything was quite lovely, and we hope to stay again in the future!! I'll just be sure to pack an extra blanket or two. :)

Cozy with a view!

What an enjoyable week, and the coziness and location of this home made it even better. We really enjoyed the lanai and the screened pool area. Perfect for keeping the gnats and mosquitos out. Speaking of the pool, there were plenty of pool towels included for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and perfectly open to the dining and living area. Although we did not used the bikes or kayaks this trip, it was nice to have the opportunity if we chose to. My family rents several vacation homes each year, and this is one that we will definitely go back to the next time we are in Cape Coral.
