This beautiful condo on the second floor, corner location of building#4 at Kailua Bay Resort provides stunning views, it’s walking distance to everything, and the swimming pool and spa have recently been resurfaced.

Your Home Away From Home:
There are highly functional wall AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN THE LIVING
ROOM and BEDROOM. Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice beautiful vinyl plank floors throughout, no carpet!

The Lanai has incredible views and breezes from this very private area. It’s
also very well-lit for those fantastic Hawaiian evenings to play cards, board games or happy hour.

Enjoy a very well stocked fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer/microwave. Dishes, pots/pans, and cookware all fully stocked. There's an outdoor dining table available for your daytime or evening meals.

A beautiful element of this unit are the extra windows that showcase natural light throughout giving the feel of larger space. The living room has a cozy sectional sofa for 2 little ones or 1 adult comfortably. However, you also have the option of enjoying a queen-sized Inflatable mattress too!

The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and the bathroom has been fully remodeled as well, enjoy the walk-in shower! High speed Wi-Fi Internet access and SMART TV’s with Wi-Fi access for your entertainment is available to you! No Cable TV. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for your personal use!

Kailua Bay Resort is located within the Kailua-Kona Village area just one block up from the oceanfront and Ali’i Drive. Walking Distance to restaurants, shopping, and Kailua pier next to Kamakahonu Bay. Entry from Kailua Bay Resort to the adjacent Kopiko Plaza and nearby Lanihau Shopping Center for ease of access. Nearby kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, and beaches all within walking distance. Conveniently close to everything Kailua-Kona has to offer!

A starter package of paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap is included in your stay.

The bed was comfortable with nice sheets and blankets and even the pillows were great. Plenty of extra bedding for the air mattress. The kitchen was fully stocked with some extras. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus for our week long stay. The condo had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which was nice we didn’t have to buy or rent. The balcony was perfect in the morning and evenings to sit and enjoy a drink. The location is easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Walk through the condo and across the street and you were on the Main Street with restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the grills at the pool. The whole condo and location were perfect !

It was walking distance from restaurants and beaches and a great central location for all the self-guided driving tours I did around the island (check out Shaka Guide - the tours are great). Plus, it was a great place to kick back and relax after my work days. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is super-comfy, and the AC works great. I highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location

The property was exactly as described, most comfortable and very quiet. It is in the perfect location being just a short walk to Ali'i Road and the beach. The apartment is very well decorated and everything in the apartment is in excellent condition and included games, beach gear and books.

The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for exploring. The place was very clean and the extra comforters were a plus. The couch is comfy for and big enough to enjoy with the whole family after a long day. The only thing that I would recommend is having a reflective blinds in the bedroom - gets very hot. The owner can save a lot on energy bills by installing them.

It was within walking distance to “downtown” shopping and the water. The property here is well maintained and clean. There may be a few to many speed bumps but we understand why. Nice and quiet. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Very nicely appointed condo, in great condition. Very easy check-in, convenient parking and easy walk to beach. The only complaint is that the tenant in the unit below has a vicious dog that terrorizes everyone that passes by and there is no way to get in and out of the unit without encountering it. Everyone is aware of the problem, but the HOA is apparently unwilling to deal with it.

We were in Hawaii for 2 weeks total so it was nice having a fully stocked kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal (very high cost of living across the whole state!). Also had beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella in the unit available for use. If you are looking to stay near downtown Kailua-Kona then this is a great unit as it is walking distance. Also included a parking spot so we could park our car which we used for beaches more north as well as volcano national park. Definitely recommend.
