Fully furnished 'tiny home' apartment in heart of Lafayette

Our charming studio apartment is located just off of ULL’s campus and a 5-7 minute walk to Girard Park, the Oil Center, and LGMC. We are about a 15 minute walk from downtown Lafayette or a short 5 min drive.

The 400 sqft space includes wifi, a smart tv, 1 single bed, 1 futon bed, 1 bathroom, off street parking, and a shared backyard / patio space. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate. You’ll have total privacy in the studio, but 1 wall is shared with main house.

The space
A unique studio apartment. This space shares a wall with the main house, but is a fully equipped private apartment with its own entry. The back yard is a shared space with the owners home, guests can have access up until 8pm.

Guest access
Guests have access to off street parking, the apartment, and a shared back yard / patio area.
Other things to note
There is not a laundry facility on site, but there are laundromats within walking distance or a short drive. We can have your laundry cleaned and folded for you if you give us at least 12 hours to have it done for a $5 charge per load.
