This charming 1950's Mid Century home featuring an iconic pink bathroom with a cast iron pink tub, sink, and toilet—with modern, clean updates. With 1,800 square feet, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two different outdoor spaces. The uncovered patio is perfect for stargazing and relaxing by the firepit while the covered patio is great for expanding the living room and enjoying a good BBQ. Its unbeatable location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks, grocery stores, and Cajun Field. Ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience!
