This 16 acre property has a small clearing in the middle to accommodate for a modern Tiny house, and fire/grill pit. The property is 90% heavily wooded with beautiful East Texas trees, and is begging for exploration!

The 2022 Platinum Cottage tiny home is 399 square feet, with 1 bed room, 1 loft, 1 full bathroom, & kitchen. The attached patio allows you to easily transition outside.

Reasonable accommodation

The tiny house was “as described” and met our needs nicely. The remote for operating the AC system was not intuitive, but once we figured that out it heated the home remarkably well. Owner was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to him. Thank you!
