The building is located on a main avenue, it is modern, you have two elevators and a secure 24-hour reception. The apartment is renovated, cozy and fully equipped, it is on the 13th floor with a magical view of the Barranco district, a few streets from the beach circuit that takes you to Miraflores. The area has the most top restaurants, bars, clubs, museums and huariques in Lima. Perfect for business trips, friends and couples. It is the fashion district in Lima.
The distribution has a living-dining room, 1 comfortable sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, the bedroom with 1 double bed, a large closet, 1 full bathroom and 1/2 guest bathroom, it has a nice balcony in the room with a view of the street from the 13th floor. You will also have a table that you can use if you want to work. A high priority is to provide you with a completely sterilized home.
