This upper-level room features one queen bed and one full-size bed, making it a great option for couples, friends, or small families. The room includes a Roku TV for streaming, fast Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. LOVED IT!

The views are AMAZING! We greatly enjoyed sitting outside while my son fished and caught a trout! Plenty of games for kids and the pool was great! The restaurant was fantastic! Highly recommend!
