Our home is situated in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood, close to popular attractions, restaurants, and local hotspots. Minutes away from the famous Downtown Historic Norcross and only a 20 minutes drive to HOT-LANTA!

The property features large windows bathe the entire home in sunlight, giving it a cheerful and airy vibe. Whether you're reading a book in the cozy nook or enjoying a meal at the dining table, you'll always feel energized by the natural glow. Sink into the plush couches and sink beds, thoughtfully chosen to ensure maximum comfort. Our home is designed with your relaxation in mind, providing a cozy haven for you to rejuvenate. Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the maintenance closet reserved for our cleaning team.

Guests will be granted access through a keyless entry system. The keypad is located at the front door only. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Other things to note
We’re more than happy to provide you with complimentary streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN during your stay. However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards.

Quiet hours start after 9pm.

There is a security camera in front of the house facing the street for extra security.

Please note this is a DUPLEX home. This listing is for Unit A (the left side). Occasionally, you might hear noises coming from Unit B. Most guests and, sometimes hosts, in the other unit are respectful of quiet hours after 9pm but as this is outside of our control there could, of course, be occasional exceptions. Please notify us if needed.

Please remember that you're staying in a home and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property, be conscientious of wasting energy and turn off all the lights in the house and keep the space clean before you leave.
