Comfortable and convenient

The place is exactly as seen in photos. Very clean and perfect for family with kids. Parking is in a gated garage so that was great too.

Cute apartment

We stayed for a week Inside of apartment was Cute. Slept 7 people comfortably. Host was easy to reach if needed.

Cute Renovated Property

To get into the property was quick and seamless. Not in the greatest area, but property and parking were gate enclosed. Felt safe! Property was newly renovated, and the rooms were big. Kids room didn't have all the games like the pictured showed. Remotes were switched between rooms; we had a hard time watching TV in the beginning. Property had everything we needed otherwise!

Perfect spot

The apartment is SO cute and perfect for a quick girls trip. The space would have been perfect for a family too. The bathroom sink in the back bathroom is a little slow, and the floors felt like they could use a through cleaning, but I really enjoyed the place overall and would definitely book again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Great communication from owner

The first unit had not been cleaned. We immediately called the owner who was able to move us to a neighboring unit. The parking garage is tight, you should NOT bring a truck. The unit is fresh and had an obvious recent update. The owner needs to modify the listing to make a few corrections but he was very responsive.

Not as described in several ways

Says it sleeps 10, but will actually sleep four adults and four children at the most (that includes using a cot and sleeping on the couch.Only 4 bath towels and one hand towel per bathroom (2). No washcloths. Only two spoons, so children had to eat breakfast cereal in shifts!Handle on shower fell off while turning the dial.Parking is very confusing. Once you find it, the garage code works from the outside (to get in) but does not work on the inside (to get out). Had to go around and open from the outside to get out.Owner needs to indicate that parking will not accommodate a van (due to low roofline) so I had to go around the neighborhood to find a parking spot for the van, which is very difficult to do, as all parking is metered and tow away zone.I purchased the extra parking spot, but it was so small that an average car could not get in comfortably. Cleanliness: found a long hair in the cot when opening it up. Has a coffee station for K cups, but no decaf coffee pods, tea, etc. In a commercial residential mixed area, very busy. Sound does not work on the TV in bedroom (queen).Internet instructions are on the wall in the queen bedroom. If you didn’t see it, there was no other indication of the internet service.

Perfect getaway!

The place was clean and easy to find. We had such a great stay, the unit had plenty of blankets which was really nice to have with young kids. Short drive to Disney and great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We felt safe and really appreciated the extra amenities provided for the bathrooms/stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back.

Location was convenient and ok

The location was convenient and ok, but the cleanest wasn’t great. Seems like they just make a very light cleaning between each clients. Overall it was ok A little overprice for the condition and the cleaning An ok place for one time.

Don’t stay here until they fix ALL the broken items

From the time we checked to the day we left our stay early things were broken and or dirty. We had to wash our sheets upon arrival due to hair in both the beds we were using(not to mention no flat sheet just a fitted), hair all over the walls, crumbs all in the kitchen cabinets/drawers, stuff still stuck to toilets etc etc. That’s just the cleanliness side of the property, the sliding door that you can access from a walk way wouldnt lock which is super unsafe especially in the neighborhood this property is in! Vanity in one bathroom was literally hanging off the wall(owner did inform us about 20 minute prior to arrival), toilet in same bathroom wasn’t attached to tile floor, shower in this bathroom wouldnt get hot, shower in the other bathroom the 50lb+ sliding part came off on myself when I was trying to exit the shower I can’t imagine if was a child or smaller person! Chair In living room broken and very stained as well. On top of this make sure you read they charge an extra $15 per person over 2 people even though the home sleeps 10 guest, owner told us this was due to having to wash linens….. I said you mean the lines we had to wash ourselves plus also you mean the one fitted sheet? I’m not one to leave a bad review if the owner takes care but this owner only refunded one night(the night we left early) no other discounts which was just surprising. For all that was wrong with the property.

Great place to stay! Lots of Space!

Cute apartment with lots of space! 2 full bathrooms and enough to sleep 10 was amazing for the price. It was located near Disneyland and also just 25 mins from Huntington Beach. The neighborhood was okay, a few creepies hanging out but it’s Anaheim, you know what you get there. The apartment was gated in and we felt safe. We had some minor issues which I spoke to the owner about but nothing that would stop me from booking again. The decor was cute, the space was awesome and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay!

Perfectly setup for large families

Good location and well suited for families with three separate rooms. Comfy beds and plenty of towels available. The available laundry setup is great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great property. Terrible location

We stayed here for 8 nights. A few things worth noting: -The apartment has been remodeled and is really nice. -Parking is not great. One small spot that needs a gate code each time you arrive and depart (tip: maybe host should supply a clicker) -Showers have very low pressure -Beds are nice Things outside of the host's control: -located in a terrible part of Santa Ana -trash and poop on literally every single sidewalk -neighbors play Spanish music on full blast all hours of the night. Every. Single. Night. -Coming back after a long day, keep your eyes open and be aware of your surroundings, we did not feel very safe. Host was as accommodating as he could be, even though someone parked in our spot on the last night. It's a cute, clean apartment in a very noisy, bad part of town. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to friends.
