Spacious/Clean studio style cabin located on a quiet wooded property with access to 4 acre lake. Perfect for family getaways, small group retreats, fishermen, and wedding venue guests. Lake sunsets and nights by the fire make for a peaceful stay. Open studio has full kitchen with custom steel and butcher block table. TV lounging area with comfy sectional couch. Smart TV available so bring your streaming logins. Sleeping area with (2) twin bunk beds and (1) full size bed. The full bathroom is spacious with stacking washer and dryer. Back porch to relax and enjoy the views. Carport parking.

Quiet country living. Close access to city amenities.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Short walk to 4-ac lake with access to (2) kayaks, paddleboat and aluminum row boat. Catch and release fishing with large Bass and panfish. A charcoal kettle grill/Weber is available for outdoor grilling (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Also an outside area with fire pit and stockpile of wood for evening fires. Trails to take walking adventure around property. Lots of birds and wildlife.
Bring your boat because Lake Conroe boat ramp is less than 10-mins away. Lake Livingston is 40-mins away (other direction). Boat parking available on property.
Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and small town shopping are less than10-mins away. Owner resides in main house.
