Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Hot/humid in condo & property manager never responded

We were here for boys AAU National Volleyball tourney. Condo was nice, but refrigerator extremely slow to make ice so had to buy ice & it was hot in the condo. The thermostat would not adjust lower than 71. With 100 degree heat we were sweating a lot! We all slept horrible because we were sweating! Kept the blinds closed & ceiling fans on the whole week & it didn’t help. Property manager NEVER responded to our issues. Only got automated response hoping we were enjoying our stay & reach out if we have questions which is bs given we did reach out multiple times with no response. We come to Vista Cay every year for volleyball & have never had these issues with any other condo but this one. We will never stay at this condo unit again!

Convenient Location! Excellent Condo!

We have been staying in the area since 2006. The units and surrounding area just keep getting better! Unprecedented value for the area.Everything was perfect for us.

The condo was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Very close to the pool and walking path.

Nice place

The place was very nice and updated. The kitchen table had scrapes all over it and now I am getting messages saying we have to pay for it. It was like that when we got there we did not damage it. We were there for a volleyball tournament to watch my 14 year old daughter and it was my mom who is 78 two over 50 year old sisters and 60 year old mother in law. We did not damage anything if we did we would accept responsibility for it but we didn’t. We ate at the table one time because most of the time we were at volleyball. The table was set nice and had big heavy center pieces that I assume are what scratched it but not sure because like I said it was like that when we got there. Also I never received an email about anything before check in. I had to ask and then it was a message and I didn’t receive the email until hours after we were able to check in. So nice place but poor management.
