The Space:
This beautiful extended 2-in-1 condo space is perfect for a family or larger groups traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The condos are side-by-side and located in a resort community called Vista Cay by Millenium, one of the best condo resorts in the area because they specialize in premium, personalized service with luxury amenities. You’ll be greeted as if you were in a resort. The moment you arrive, a concierge and front desk staff are at your service.

The main spaces of the 2-in-1 condo:
- Both are ground floor condos side-by-side with a private terrace patio in front of both with cushioned seating
- Open-plan living room in both condos that are joined together by a door and each lliving room features its own comfy couch and lounging area with a TV.
- There are two dining room spaces as well, each with an awesome table that can seat six people, so 12 in all if you fill both tables!
- There is a very modern and fully-equipped kitchen, again, in both condos, so you’ll have two kitchens (dueling chefs maybe?) both with quality appliances oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, etc. for preparing meals at home!
- 6 bedrooms total! 3 bedrooms on each side, so you’ll have 2 king-sized beds in each master bedroom, both w/private en suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and 2 bedrooms each with two full-sized beds. (8 beds altogether) And all the rooms have desks and TVs in them.
- Besides the ensuite bathrooms in the master bedrooms, there are another two (common area) bathrooms in each condo accessible from the hallway.
- The bathrooms are all spacious and modern with new fixtures and separate tub and shower in all.
- Washer/dryer in both units.

The Vista Cay Resort community is only minutes from Walt Disney World and other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. The condo is also conveniently located within a short drive to major superstores such as Walmart and Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. The condo is in a family-friendly community surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views. It’s a warm relaxing getaway place.

Vista Cay offers incredible resort-style amenities like a clubhouse, pools, poolside bar, BBQ pits and picnic tables, a theater room, an arcade and game room, billiard tables, kids splash pool and playground, a fitness center, sports courts, a sundries shop, and an awesome two-mile jogging trail along the lake.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to both condos during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.

The Neighborhood:
The property is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have a personal concierge and resort-like amenities with other activities such as:

A clubhouse with 2 pools, pool bar, gym, sports court, arcade, and two-mile jogging path around the lake.

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. 1 out of 2 pools is currently out of service until January 2025.

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

Each condo unit is 1044 sq ft, so you’ll get 2088 square footage in this 2-in-1 condo set up with 6 bedrooms, 8 actual beds, and 4 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 16 guests!

WiFi, TVs, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

The condo is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.

There will be 2 cards access cards for the resort amenities, if they are lost or misplaced 80 USD per card will be deducted from the security deposit. upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes need will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
