Very clean and exactly as described. I liked that I could park under the carport or in the garage. Quiet street despite being so close to Dickinson St. Very cute home for a trip to Fayetteville or the University of Arkansas!!

Great house and location!

My son and I visited my daughter for the weekend and had a terrific stay. The house and location, in close proximity to Dickson St, were awesome and Cassidy was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is very walkable to Dickson street which was nice. Everything was clean except for the back porch which was pretty run down and dirty so we were not able to go out there. It’s early spring so winter clean up is probably on the list to complete. We had some trouble with lock for front door but we found new batteries and tools in drawer and that fixed the issue. My suggestion to owners would be a new mattress and pillows. Pillows were so flat you could not even double them to help. The mattress on one side was worn down enough person could not keep from rolling to the center. The owner was very responsive to questions we had at Checkin.

Easter visit for our Razorback

We were in town to spend Easter with Razorback. The property was easy to get to, check in was simple and accurate. The home has laid out nicely and if perfect for a party of 4. Rooms are spacious w a tv in each. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make meals for your family. Full size fridge and cute coffee station. Love the convenience of a full size new washer and dryer. Garage and driveway parking makes it great. We chose the location because it is close to everything. Grill in back but it was raining so we didn’t get to use. Love the fact that this property is a single story which was great for all. Home was recently renovated. We had an issue that was resolved with the help of our Host, Cassidy. She was very willing to help us. Thank you!
