Winterplace is a perfect escape for summer, fall or winter relaxation or adventure.

Best Location SKI-IN/SKI-OUT⛷ with hot tubs, pool, fireplace, firepit and so many activities around Okemo, Jackson Gore and Ludlow Village. The location allows for all levels with access to beginner trails.

The "M" Winterplace building sits across the parking lot from the A & B Quads, providing amazing SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access. Winterplace is the only complex which has trail access from opening day until close. Ski down to base lodge, walk to waffle cabin, snow shoe up the mountain, you can do everything from this location. In the summer and fall, enjoy golf, mountain biking, rope courses, zip-line, tennis, basketball, swimming, the foliage and more.

This 3rd floor unit type is the most desirable with atrium 2 story ceilings, loft, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, quite, private, spacious living room, large kitchen, balcony and views overlooking the valley.

We had an amazing girls ski weekend! The snow was great for early season and the condo was so conveniently located right off the A/B quad. We loved being able to come in for lunch without having to eat at a crowded lodge. The condo was huge, plenty big for the 10 of us and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. Loved the array of charcuterie boards. Check in and out and parking were made easy by the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Great place to stay! Very clean and all communication prior to trip was easy and clear. Only consideration for a warm weather stay was it was quite warm & stuffy, could benefit from a fan or two. We would definitely book again for a winter trip!

Wonderful stay for Feb vacation with family and friends. Ample bedrooms/bathrooms to accommodate our group. Short walk across parking lot to trail. Friendly and accommodating property owner.

Great property, great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Winterplace condo! The home had everything we needed, plenty of space and was fully equipped for cooking meals and sitting by the fire! The location to the slopes and the pool was incredibly convenient! Mike was a super responsive and helpful host! Fully recommend for a family/friends ski getaway and look forward to a future visit!

Cozy and well-equipped space

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all my questions were answered. They also offered flexible check in after coordinating with the cleaning team.

Awesome ski in and ski out!

Fabulous location at the top of the Okemo A B quad lift. Capacious condo with 5 distinct sleeping rooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped with all the cookware, coffee machine, microwave, Air Fryer and all the makings of your own home. Definitely will be interested in booking again!!

Great condo steps from the slopes!

We go to Okemo every year and this condo was perfect for us! It was close enough to the slopes that my kids could carry their skis from the condo to the mountain without any complaining :) Michael was easy to communicate with and everything we needed was provided

Very Happy

We really enjoyed the accommodations and ease of coordinating with the owner. Winter Place is a phenominal location and their staff were friendly and helpful. We were on and off the slopes with no more than a walk through the parking lot. Made a great meal, kept of with laundry and had no issues. Thank you!

Winterplace boasts the only Ski-in/Ski-out location that is accessible from opening day to closing day on Okemo mountain, given its unique location on top of the two base quads.
You never need to go into a ski lodge if you do not want to, and forget putting your gear on in the car. This unit at 1900 square feet is one of the largest Okemo 3rd floor lofts providing generous space for you and your guests. Relaxing in the pool and hot tubs, and if you want to take a break from skiing, just walk right out and snow-shoe up the mountain.
