Nestled on a low key dead-end street in an up & rising URBAN neighborhood, this space is a hidden gem. Free on street + secure off-street parking. Ample side yard space. Outdoor above ground 4ft pool w/privacy deck & grill open May-Sept. Very short distance from the East Liberty hot spots! Nearby Pittsburgh's hospitals & universities. 8 miles from Acrisure Stadium & PNC Park ’s. It's your home away from home!
The space
With over 2,000 sq ft of living space, the house is spacious yet cozy. You will love the quiet and privacy of the home's location with the convenience of being inner city. Whether you're curled up on the sectional sofa, situated at the workspace on the 2nd floor, sharing a meal in the kitchen, or taking a dip in the pool, the house has everything you need to feel like home!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, a storage & supply room in the basement and the 3rd floor. The pool is open end of May- beginning of September.

If you’ve never experienced city living in Pittsburgh you can expect to see aged homes, deserted lots & houses, green space, busy streets, people dense areas, a mix of commercial & residential structures, local businesses and various stages of redevelopment & modernization. Built in the early 1900’s the home had undergone full renovations. If you’re ready to embrace urban living, this house has everything you need to feel like home in a safe place!

Single family home boasts privacy on a dead end street. Spacious yet cozy. Guests will have access to the entire home, yard, & pool to themselves with the exception of the garage, owner’s closet on the 3rd floor, and storage space in the basement. There is potential for periodic noise due to construction vehicles accessing the lot next door.
