The place was very nice.

The place was very nice, they just had one issue. But worked with the property manager and he responded very quickly to the issue while staying there.

Everything was wonderful!!

Pretty much everything went great with our stay!! Everything went just like it should. The upstairs showers drained very slowly but other than that everything else about the property and gated community was awesome! The pool is really nice and there was a playground and basketball/ volleyball courts!

Vacation July 2019

I have stayed at this location before at different homes. The living room furniture can be updated. They also ask that all towels used be washed and dried prior to your departure even though there is a housekeeping fee.

Always Pleasant

Sam is great to work with. The process is always smooth. The villa is perfect for our family of 7. Lots of room and it has all we need to cook, when we travel we prepare most of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your villa. Will reserve from you again and again.

Place has a lot of dust and pool is too small for the number of people. Host never replied to me.

Review - A Great Deal Is Wrong

Did not provide enough towels sets. No manual about the unit. Did not notify us in advance about: How TV System Worked - That there was no food pantry - no storage space for food - Two shelves in the Refrigerator were broken and not useable - the sliding glass door was blocked by an oversized couch - were not told lawn chairs had to be white - we didn't like the thermostat constantly being raised without our knowledge - once found it set for 90 degrees - Not Good - Absentee Ownership - Never came in contact with us. Saw maid for 10 minutes - during almost 2 month stay.

Could be much cleaner. Stains on the carpet. Walls were dirty. My experience with past rentals is that there are minimum supplies to get started such as coffee and toilet paper. No coffee - no coffee filters. For 3 bathrooms there was a single half roll of toilet paper in one. Doors around the handles were dirty. The owner said that we could get in at 3:00 rather than 4:00 but that information was not given to the housekeeper. I am not sure what happened on the Vrbo app but I wasn't able to access information such as wifi password. I texted the owner and received a prompt reply but couldn't find information on the app which I knew I had received earlier. Not sure if I was not looking in the right place or what. I looked everywhere.

Condo at Seven Dwarfs - Not wheelchair accessible

The Seven Dwarfs vacation community is very nice and friendly but this condo is NOT, NOT, NOT wheelchair accessible, even though it is listed as being so. To get into the condo requires going up two large steps; once inside, the living room and dining room are over filled with large furniture and thick carpet which makes access impossible to those rooms to anyone in a wheelchair. According to the description on VRBO, the master bathroom has a separate shower - untrue. The master bathroom only has a Jacuzzi tub that is so tall that it is hard for an able-bodied person to use it; impossible for someone disabled. It was five days before I could get in touch with the owner because the phone number on his email on how to get in touch with him was a wrong number and I could not connect to the internet because he did not provide the name of the network.

Very Clean, Great location

While we found this property was dated and in need of some upgrades we enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spotless and clean. There is lots of room for 6-8 people to stay comfortably. There are some stains on the carpet in the living room and the main bathroom downstairs could also use new flooring but we were not bothered by that at all. Pros were, close location to parks and amenities, close to the pool and hot tub, clean, no insects or bugs. Property owner is very responsive and kind. Cons were, not enough dishes, cups etc for 6 people. (Owner arranged to have towels delivered to us as there were only 6 in the entire unit) The king mattress is very uncomfortable and worn in the downstairs master bedroom and needs replacing. Other mattresses were great! The entry system could be updated to button code and not a key as the door locked automatically when you closed it so if you didn't grab the key on the way out, you had to wait for security to let you in. A number code system should be installed. We would consider staying here again if some of these issues were fixed. 3 1/2 stars out of 5

A great location, large space and good value.

This property was perfect for our vacation. It is close to Disney and Universal. There is a nice community pool, splash pad and play ground. The check in process was easy. The property could use some improvements. It was dusty, and the carpet could use a good cleaning. The first floor bathtub/shower was stuck on shower setting (I messaged them and they sent someone over to look at it, but it wasn’t fixed when we left). Some of the beds have cheap sheets and no mattress protector. I thought that was odd since you’d think they would want to protect the mattresses. The sheets on some of the beds would not stay on, which was annoying having to put sheets back on every morning and night. However these are all minor things and not reasons I would not book the property again. They have a pack and play and a high chair there. This was great. I did have to go buy one additional pack n play bc I have twins, but to even have one was very nice! It had most kitchen things we needed. We did buy a pizza pan and left it there because there was not a pan to bake pizza/chicken tenders. Hopefully it’s still there for the next family. The rooms were good sized. And it was nice to have the space for all of us on our 2 week stay. I would definitely stay again as it was a good value for the space.

Great place to stay close to disneyworld

We had a problem getting the information getting the details to our condo we rented for a week. But the security guard was awesome and took care of thus issue quickly and we were able to get to the condo. It is very secured behind a security gate. Love the pool and the privacy of the condo. The only downfall is that the condo needs some simple maintenance done

Golf Trip

Wonderful place

Awesome Rental

After simple arrival we went to the community clubhouse and the atmosphere was awesome with music and karaoke and super friendly crowd! The security guys at the front gate were amazing and super helpful and really go above and beyond to assure the stay was easy. We wanted some friends to visit us that lived in Orlando and were worried about them getting through the gate but the security made the visitation a super simple process! The rental property had everything we needed and was super accommodating. I will definitely book here again our next Orlando trip!

We stayed at your complex for 7 weeks. The complex was very well kept up. Lots for everyone to do security was welcoming. We felt very safe in this area. The personnel were very friendly and helpful! We met new friends and will be back next year!!

Seven Dwarf Villa was great!

The Villa was as described, although some maintenance might be considered for the shelves to be added to the refrigerator and the shelf holders to be added in the cabinets (the shelf kept falling out since there was only a single holder). The stay was great! Only 5 miles from the theme parks so very convenient! For the price, we were all wonderfully surprised at the value! My family did have one issue. We were a family of 6 with 5 vehicles. There was no information listed or discussed in all the conversations about restriction to the number of vehicles. However, there is a limit of 3 vehicles per unit so we were in a panic to find off site parking. Luckily, we spoke to the manager of Target right around the corner and he allowed us to stay in his lot for 2 days. They have 24 hour security so we felt very safe. This should be added to the overall description of the property as far as restrictions. We also found out later that Sam's right across the street allows overnight parking with approval with their management. Other than those few items we had a grand time and yes, I would stay there again.

Property needs repairs and maintenance

Managers communication, reactions, location was very good. The property was not neat, a shoe was found below the bed of master room, the toaster didn´t work (they brought us a new one), the bath tubs were not draining correctly. The property needs a big maintenance and upgrade.

Very clean area on the outside and inside. Only thing is there were not enough trash bags and toilet paper for the whole week. Very close to everything from restaurants to stores and disney world. I would stay here again if I was coming back to Orlando.

The place wasn’t inspected before we arrived.. we had to ask for more towels.. none of the television worked in any of the bedrooms!!!
