Relax in your private bedroom/bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood in the small beach town of Morro Bay. You will enjoy privacy in your stay with your own entrance (no access to adjacent house).
The bedroom includes King size bed with airy-beach ambiance and high-end linens.
Listen to the waves from the open windows at night in this quiet neighborhood.
Your private bathroom includes new amenities (shower only/ no bathtub).
Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful ocean or take a five minute drive to the Embarcadero and enjoy delicious local food.
Have a wonderful day walking on the Embarcadero watching families of sea otters, sea lions, and people enjoying water sports (Surfing, boogie boarding, and Stand-up paddle boarding) or take a cruise on the local glass-bottom boat.
Seven minutes of driving north on the beautiful Scenic Coast Highway (Highway1) will get you to the town of Cayucos for dining and walking on the pier.

This is a No-Smoking/ No-Vaping (of anything) and No-Pet property... Thank you

Serene and so close to the beach, easy access to so many beautiful places to explore in the area. Comfy bed! Andrew and Hilary, hosts were kind and helped with a few extras we needed-like a wet suit rack and sea otter tips.

Nice place to stay for the night with the basic amenities. Close to the beach, though unfortunately you can't see the ocean from the room. As an added touch, Andrew gave us a couple avocadoes from their orchard!

Lovely private room in perfect location for a few days stay in Morro Bay. Great access to beach town, Pismo Beach and right by SLO downtown. Hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at the Wilkies for Husbands birthday gift. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We sleep in separate beds at home, but the Kingbed in our room was big enough for the both of us to get and stay comfortable. The location was very quiet and we loved the plant life growing inside the garden patio. The fragrance of plants in bloom welcoming us into our room was a wonderful bonus. The ocean view wasn’t as expected, but a short drive was all it took! The coast is always relaxing and really helpful to those of us under lots of stress. Food is always a bonus when staying anywhere on the coast, it just tastes “a little bit” better. The Wilkies were the perfect hosts and went out of their way to get us checked in early for the NASCAR race that day! Thank you Andrew and Hilary!

This is a wonderful place to stay and unwind in the beautiful Morro Bay Area. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. The room was clean a well equipped with everything that we needed. Location is great. Close to the beach and a short distance from downtown.

Our hilltop home is located in a quiet neighborhood with opportunities for beautiful views in all directions... At the end of our driveway, you have an unstoppable view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. If you choose to walk (about eight minutes), you will have the opportunity to walk on the beach. If you would like to get fine dining and enjoy our Embarcadero, you can drive a few minutes and enjoy it all!
