Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Modern City Townhouse!
This new gut renovated, never before lived in, beautifully furnished townhouse, is located on a lovely, treelined quiet street great for Ed's and Med's. The street is very community oriented and loves engaging. The property boasts 1500 sqft. of open space with 3 floors, 3 generous Bedrooms and 3Bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own 43" TV, a queen bed, laundry basket, towels, wash cloths and a blanket which is made for chilly nights.

Great place and location!

This was a great spot to stay for a family get-together. The location was great, the living room very comfortable, and the beds were so cozy. A few things to consider, if you need a dining area or dining room table, be sure to look at the photos closely. There is a table in the kitchen but cannot accommodate a family meal or card/board game. The kitchen was not stocked as well as some other rentals I've stayed in but was adequate. Communication with the host was friendly and fast.

Great house!

The house was great and accurately described. It was perfect for a girls weekend. Bakery/coffee, brewery, smoothies all within a few blocks. Short walk plenty of restaurants and bars. Parking is not an issue. Really nice spot!

Ideal location and great place to stay!

I absolutely loved the fact that each room had a television. That is pretty rare with VRBOs, usually only the master bedroom and living area have one but not this place which made it very home like after a long day. It was located in an area that is growing and thriving. I would recommend this place!

Location. Location. Location

The home is located in a quiet area of the city and walking distance to restaurants and museums. Parking was heaven. A non issue. The home is beautiful. Has all the amenities you will need and the space for families. It was just cozy and private for our needs. We enjoyed our visit to Philly taking in the sights and after a day of touring, we settled into an evening of movies, snack, and drinks. We even enjoyed a moment on the roof terrace. The host was amazing! Communicative and concerned about our stay. If any questions, available either through phone call or text. We highly recommend a stay.
